END USER SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT THE PORTAL DIMENSION("GAME SOFTWARE PRODUCT")
READ CAREFULLY - Please read this End User Software License Agreement which is from ("EULA") before installing our software product.
Before installing our software, you have to make sure that your computing the device is suitable for minimum or maximum technical specifications.
If you agree to be bound by this EULA legal agreement, you can click the "I Agree" button.

You agree not to:
To protect the Game and our users, it’s important for us that all “official” Game items come from us so we can guarantee their quality, that only we make commercial use of the Game or any part of it, and that other people don’t use the Game in a way which is unfair or which might affect our rights.
(a) Make any commercial use or exploit the Software Product in any manner whatsoever.
(b) Install or use the Software Product on a network server, multi-user arrangement or remote access arrangement for the purposes of distribution to one (1) or more other computer(s) on that network or to effect such distribution or otherwise make a copy of the Software Product available in any manner or via any media where it could be used by multiple users.
(c) Reverse engineer, derive the source code, modify, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the whole or any part of this product.
(d) Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels contained on or within the Software; and/or
(e) Transport, export or re-export (directly or indirectly) into any country forbidden to receive such Software by any U.S. export laws or accompanying regulations or otherwise violate such laws or regulations, that may be amended from time to time.
(f) Share, rent, resell, or make available copies of the Game (or any hacked versions) or any license keys to anyone else, and don’t let anyone else have unfair or unreasonable access to anything we’ve made.
(g) Share any password you use to access the Game, or any access to your account, with any other person. Don’t do anything (or attempt to do anything) which might disrupt the use of the Game by us or other gamers, or which could harass or upset them.
(h) Make anything available on or through our Game or Tools unless you’re happy to share it with the general public, and it is your own original creation. Don’t make any advertising available on or through our Game, or anything which is someone else‘s creation or image.
(i) Make anything available on or through our Game which is illegal, dishonest, racist, sexist, homophobic, pornographic, bullying, trolling, or which might damage our or another person‘s reputation, infringe their rights, or impersonate or trick or exploit anyone.
WARRANTY:
Except as stated above, Licensor makes no other warranty, representation, or condition, express or implied, statutory or otherwise.
Any and all other express or implied warranties, representations, or conditions, statutory or otherwise, are expressly and specifically disclaimed, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement or non-misappropriation of intellectual property rights of a third party, custom, trade, quiet enjoyment, accuracy of informational content, or system integration, or any warranties arising under any statute, course of dealing, or other legal requirement.
LICENSOR does not warrant the error-free or uninterrupted operation of the Software.
In addition, with respect to software that is enabled for use on or over the Internet, you acknowledge that LICENSOR is not responsible for the Internet or whether it should continue to exist in its present form or whether or not a government or governmental agency, either foreign or domestic, will control, regulate or disband the Internet.
Use of the Internet is at your sole risk.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied or express warranty or condition lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This limited express warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
Some jurisdictions require additional warranties or minimum warranty periods that cannot be waived, disclaimed or otherwise varied by contract. If and to the extent such local laws are held to apply to this Agreement or the Software, the foregoing warranty and/or warranty period shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to comply with the applicable requirements of law, while retaining to the maximum extent possible the effect, scope and economic benefit of the original warranty provided herein.
PRIVACY:
We think it’s important to protect your privacy and your personal information, and we want you to know that we won’t use your personal information unless you are happy for us to do so. So, below we’ve explained what information we collect from you, and how we use it.
What information do we collect when you buy the Game, we collect your name, email address, location, and the personal information provided to us by Steam from your Steam profile. We also keep track of how long you play the Game and use the Tools, the actions you take, and how you interact with other players.
Is your information secure
We take precautions to keep your information secure, including encryption, backups, security testing, password protection, and other technical measures. However, the Internet is not secure, and there is no such thing as 100% security online, so bear this in mind when sharing any information through the Game.
How do we use it
We use your personal information, your Steam profile and aggregated and anonymous information we collect about you and other players to process payments, to provide you with support where we offer it to help you play the game and to make the game even better.
Where we store it and who we share it with
Your information may be stored on our servers, those of Steam, and those of third parties we use for the purpose of payment processing, or to run the back-end server which makes our Game and Tools possible. Those servers may be located inside or outside of Europe, but we will only store information outside of Europe to the extent that we need to in order to let you play the Game or use the Tools. If we decide to sell our business, we may also need to share your information with the buyer.
You’re only allowed to use the Game or Tools and send personal information to us if you are either 18 years or older, or you are 13 years or older and your parent or legal guardian has read this EULA and explained it to you, and provided us with their consent to your use of the Game and Tools.
If you aren't happy with the way we collect, store and share your personal information as described above, let us know so we can put you at ease, but in the meantime please don’t download or play the Game or use the Tools. We might update our privacy policy from time to time, in which case we’ll let you know. If you accept a change to our privacy policy then the latest version will apply in place of this section.
OUR LIABILITY:
Nothing in this EULA will limit any of your rights which may not be excluded under law. This means that irrespective of any other terms in this EULA:
our liability to you for personal injury or death caused by our negligence is not excluded or limited, nor is our liability to you for any fraudulent representation we make;
if the Game is faulty when we deliver it to you, we will try to repair or replace it.
Unless the software itself can't be opened, you’re not entitled to all or some of your money back;
TERMINATION
We can terminate this EULA if you don’t comply with it, and you can terminate it too by uninstalling the Game and Tools from your computer and your Steam account. If the EULA is terminated, you will no longer be allowed to play our Game or use the Tools. Our ownership of the Game and Tools, and any rights you've granted us to use the content you've supplied through the Game or Tools, along with the paragraph about “Our Liability” and “Privacy”, will continue to apply even after the EULA is terminated.
GENERAL STUFF
This EULA doesn’t affect any legal rights you may have under the law that applies to you for the Game or Tools which cannot be excluded or limited. Nothing we say in these terms affects those legal rights.
In the future, we might make the Game free to play, but for the moment we appreciate your support, and think we’ve set a fair price. We may also change this EULA from time to time but changes only affect you to the extent they can legally apply. For example, if we release an update with a new EULA, and you don’t use the update, then the old EULA applies, but if you do use the updates or if you use parts of the Game or Tools that rely on our ongoing online services then the new EULA will apply. In that case, we may not be able to / don‘t need to tell you about changes for them to have an effect, so you should check back here from time to time. We’ll only make changes if they are reasonable, for example, if the law changes, we need to protect other users of the Game or Tools, or we're making improvements or adding features which mean this EULA needs a rethink.

If we are threatened or face legal action because you’ve uploaded someone else’s content, or because you break any of the other rules in this EULA, we may hold you responsible.
