1. General provisions.
A. SinorCreate, SinorCreate - This is the name of the development team, but according to legal documents is the pseudonym of A.A. Trutnev. A. Trutnev - is the copyright holder. The use of the name SinorCreate or SinorCreate in the license agreement is tantamount to the use of the name Trutnev A.A.
B. It is forbidden to re-export, download or otherwise exports the Game (Applications and others of the developer SinorCreate) to any countries that the Government of the Russian Federation has imposed a trade embargo on, as well as transfer the products of the developer SinorCreate to residents and citizens appearing in the list of extremist organizations published by the Ministry Justice of Russia. By signing the agreement, you confirm and guarantee that you are not on the territory of the embargoed countries, that you are not included in any of the lists.
C. The SinorCreate developer may transfer rights and obligations under this Agreement in part or whole to any person or company at any time with your consent and without it if such transfer does not infringe on your rights under this Agreement. You cannot transfer rights and obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the developer SinorCreate. Any unauthorized transfer of rights and obligations by you will be void.
D. The SinorCreate developer is not responsible for delays in the fulfilment or non-fulfilment of any obligations due to reasons beyond SinorCreate's control, for example, natural disasters, cyber-attacks, wars, riots, terrorist acts, embargoes, counter-sanctions or sanctions, actions of civil or military power, strike or accident, labour force and any materials.
E. If you download the game through the Steam platform, you must ensure and acknowledge that you are complying with all the points of the Steam USER LICENSE AGREEMENT.
Z. SinorCrate is not responsible for computer addiction to the Game, Applications and Other, created by SinorCreate, and for other diseases.
2. Property of the developer SinorCreate. Absolutely everything within the Game (Applications and Others), except for the music, sounds and game engine on which the game was developed, are the property of SinorCreate. This includes all storylines, character names and the like.
3.Other . A. The SinorCreate developer may change or amend this agreement from time to time as its activities and legislation change.
B. By signing the "SinorCreate License Agreement" or "SinorCreate License Agreement", you guarantee that you will comply with all of its clauses. In the event of any claims, damages and other losses, including reasonable claims of lawyers, presented by SinorCreate, you agree to indemnify for the damage resulting from your violation of any clause of this Agreement.
V. SinorCreate is a developer from Russia. The court is held ONLY according to the "Constitution of the Russian Federation" and only on the territory of the Russian Federation.
G. The music used in our games will be shared by both SinorCreate (if it is our production) and third-party developers. By accepting this agreement, you agree to read the "Captions" with additional knowledge.
E. Versions from previous years are subject to the new SynorCreate License Agreement, however the old "Titles". In case you are using an outdated version, you also agree to read the "Captions" of the version you are using.
I. SinorCreate allows the use of older versions of its products without hindrance. However, the user must be licensed for the current version of the product. This clause does not mean that the user has the right to redistribute the old version of the product without the permission of SinorCreate.
