END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
ACCOUNT USAGE
(1) PT. MAENTRUS Digital Lab is a Game Publisher of Gyro Buster which domiciled in Indonesia;
(2) To play our online game services, user must install Gyro Buster software from [ Steam ]
(3) Software license, website and other facility that facilitated by PT. MAENTRUS Digital Lab is an absolute ownership of PT. MAENTRUS Digital Lab as a Publisher and Developer;
(4) Users must register its ID first in order to play Gyro Buster;
(5) Every User used his/her ID which violates this EULA is strictly prohibited;
(6) Users are fully responsible for every action and statement stated in the Game, in Social Media, or in Forum moderated by PT. MAENTRUS Digital Lab;
(7) Every Users are prohibited to do any action which is used for personal benefit by utilize Gyro Buster game services;
(8) Every Users must provide valid information of its identity with such high accuracy, complete and newest data as well as changing the profile if any changes occurs;
(9) Every information and personal identity will be kept in secret and confidential way as well as PT. MAENTRUS Digital Lab will not publish any data to other third parties except for anyone who able to received such information in Indonesian Law;
(10) Prior to ID registration, Users must read the term in this EULA first and if Users agree, we will considered that the Users is accept the EULA entirely;
(11) We will not responsible for ID or password that lost due to hacking, keylogger, fraud or other Users negligence;
(12) PT. MAENTRUS Digital Lab has the right to observe and/or record any User communication when playing Gyro Buster;
(13) Users must obey the service rule which determined by PT. MAENTRUS Digital Lab. PT. MAENTRUS Digital Lab has the right to give sanction and/or block Users ID which violate such rule;
(14) PT. MAENTRUS Digital Lab has the right to ID name, character name, group name, guild name used inside the Game, Social Media and Forum moderated by PT. MAENTRUS Digital Lab, which violate the law, harassing ethnic, religion, race or pornography and against Indonesian Norm;
(15) Every Users must fully responsible for his/her action and behavior to other user, and keep polite and social norm to other user;
(16) PT. MAENTRUS Digital Lab has right to disclose any communication between Users for any reasons including but limited to as follows:
i. to comply with the prevailing law, legal process or government request;
ii. to enforce this EULA or other rule;
iii. to report any criminal or other offensive activity;
LICENSE SCOPE
(1) PT. MAENTRUS Digital Lab can revoke Users license to play Gyro Buster if he/she violates, or help others to violates this EULA;
(2) Users is prohibited in anyways to do or use the following actions:
i. Cheats,
ii. Bots,
iii. Hacks,
iv. Other third party code that will affect the game stability.
(3) Every Users who disturb or destroy the official game operation will be considered as offender and will be proceed according to applicable law;
(4) PT. MAENTRUS Digital Lab will not responsible in any ways for the loss or system damage, lost connection interruption, software or hardware malfunction, or other loss which disturb Users connection when connecting to the game;
(5) PT. MAENTRUS Digital Lab will not responsible for any loss based on Users negligence that related to user login, etc;
(6) PT. MAENTRUS Digital Lab will not responsible for any loss or damages raised from usage or inability to access or use the account of Gyro Buster;
(7) PT. MAENTRUS Digital Lab decide its own feature without limitation or obligation;
(8) PT. MAENTRUS Digital Lab is able to change, modify, or stop every aspect of the game account to balance Gyro Buster;
(9) PT. MAENTRUS Digital Lab is able to monitor and record every communication, electronic or other;
(10) Everything which provided by PT. MAENTRUS Digital Lab included but not limited to software, website and other facility is an absolute ownership of PT MAENTRUS Digital Lab as a Publisher;
(11) Users are prohibited to distribute or remake the game or other product patented by PT. MAENTRUS Digital Lab with anyways except under the written approval by PT. MAENTRUS Digital Lab;
(12) PT. MAENTRUS Digital Lab at any time can shut down and/or stop the game facility that is provided to the Users without any prior approval;
(13) PT. MAENTRUS Digital Lab has right to the amend and repair the agreement documents solely;
(14) This EULA will be over by the issuance of the newer version of EULA. The new EULA will not retroactively applicable. Users will be given the right to read the documents prior to provide the approval or denial.
(15) If Users accept the new EULA, users can continue to play Gyro Buster and obey the Rule;
(16) If Users reject the new EULA or if the Users cannot obey the rule, Users will not be authorised to use the account or Gyro Buster;
(17) This EULA is effectively applied and will be applied for reasonable time;
(18) PT. MAENTRUS Digital Lab has right to terminate this EULA anytime with any reasons or without reasons, with or without the concern of Users;
(19) In case of misdemeanors on this EULA, PT. MAENTRUS Digital Lab is able to provide the Users with warnings and/or to suspend the activity due to violation made by Users;
(20) Every and all conflict between Users and PT. MAENTRUS Digital Lab that arises due to this EULA will be settled according to PT. MAENTRUS Digital Lab rule;
(21) This EULA will be regulated under the Law of Indonesian without observation of the Law principle;
(22) Users which accessing the Gyro Buster outside the territory of Indonesia must take fully responsibility to the applicable Law in Indonesia;
(23) This EULA will be provided to the Users through written announcement, email, sites or blog;
(24) Every part which exist inside the Game published by PT. MAENTRUS Digital Lab will not be harmful (virus, malware, spyware and others) to Users;
(25) By using the online game services provided by PT. MAENTRUS Digital Lab, Users is considered to agree to obey all of the point stated in this EULA and other rule in PT. MAENTRUS Digital Lab other services. Sanction will be given to Users who violate this EULA.
