Acceptance of Terms
Legal Agreement. By using or visiting any of the TrivaTune websites or products, software, applications, content, data feeds and services, you are showing your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Terms”) and agree to following them.
If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child under the age of 13 (the “Parent”), you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of yourself and your child(ren) who are authorised to use the Services. If you don’t agree to these Terms do not use our Services.

Termination of Account or Services
We may cancel, suspend, or terminate your Account and your access to our services, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, including if your account is

You fail to comply with these Terms;
We suspect unlawful activity associated with your account;
We have no obligation or responsibility to, and will not reimburse or refund for any virtual goods or services lost due to such cancellation, suspension, or termination. You acknowledge that Dragon Tech Solutions (“Dragon Tech”) is not required to provide a refund for any reason, and that you will not receive money or other or other compensation for any insured services when your account is closed, weather such closure was voluntary or involuntary.
We have the right to offer, modify, eliminate, and/or terminate Virtual good, the content, and/or the Services, or any portion thereof, at any time, without notice or Liability to you. If we discontinue the use of Virtual good, we will provide at least 30 days advance notice to you by posting a notice on the site or game or through other communications such as social media.
Updates to our Services
You understand that our Service is a developing and evolving one. We may require that you accept update to our Service. While we make all reasonable efforts to inform you of any such updates, you acknowledge and agree that we may update our service, with or without informing or otherwise notifying you.
