grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to load, install, run, and use Bohrdom.

Bohrdom™ and certain related names and logos are registered or unregistered trademarks of Cole T. Allen.
Bohrdom may contain materials licensed by third parties, and the licensors of those materials
may enforce their rights in the event of any violation of this Agreement.

3. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bohrdom and all information,
content and services contained therein are provided on an "As Is" basis
without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by applicable law,
Cole shall not be liable in any way for any loss
or damage of any kind arising out of Bohrdom or any use of Bohrdom.
