Second, the " user personal information protection"

3.3 In general, you can browse and modify your submitted information at any time, but for security and identity reasons, you may not be able to modify the initial registration information and other authentication information provided during registration.

4.3. You have the right to ask the people's residence game service to issue a formal invoice for the service fee you pay, but the amount in the invoice does not include the part of the people's residence game service presented during the recharge activity.
4.4. You guarantee that you will not use technology or other means to damage or disrupt the websites and services of other customers of the residential game service and the residential game service.
You should respect the intellectual property rights and other legal rights of the residential game service and other third parties, and the residential game service reserves the right to terminate the service and not refund any money to you if you infringe upon the legal rights and interests of the residential game service.
4.5. You shall be responsible for all consequences, including but not limited to the consequences and losses caused by your failure to receive timely notification of the residential game service, due to the incorrect contact information you provided to the residential game service and the poor security and stability of the email you used to receive the residential game service mail.
4.6. You guarantee that you will comply with national and local laws and regulations, industry practices and social public ethics when using the residential game service, and will not use the service provided by the residential game service to store, publish and disseminate information and content that violates national laws, regulations and policies. The residential game service has the right to terminate the service provided to you and not refund any money if you violate the above agreement, and you should compensate for the losses caused to the residential game service by your above actions.
4.7. You guarantee that your business will not suffer from large-scale DDoS attacks. You acknowledge the right to untie the resource public network IP in the event of an attack on you, even freeze your account and terminate the service provided to you.
Five, according to the status quo to provide services
5.1. You understand and agree that the service of the game service for people's homes is provided according to the current situation that can be achieved by existing technologies and conditions. The residential game service will do its best to provide you with services to ensure the continuity and security of services. However, the game service in residential areas cannot foresee and guard against legal, technical and other risks at any time, including but not limited to service interruption, data loss and other losses and risks caused by force majeure, viruses, trojan horses, hacker attacks, system instability, service flaws of third parties, government actions and other reasons.
5.2. The residential game service shall provide you with qualified services according to the service you choose and the payment you make.
5.3. The people's home game service website has the right to use your data and information. Have the right to review you and decide whether to accept you as a user of the residential game service.
5.4. Renzhai Game Service reserves the right to terminate the service provided to you in the event that you violate the national and local laws and regulations or this clause, and in any case, Renzhai Game Service is not responsible for any indirect, accidental, special and consequential damages.
5.5. People's Home Game Service reserves the right to stop and freeze account numbers under the condition that you abuse system resources. We reserve the right to completely destroy your resources after you owe them more than 3 days, and once they are completely destroyed, they will not be restored. Reserve the right to untie the resource public network IP when you are attacked, even freeze the account and terminate the service provided to you.
5.6. Renzhai Game Service reserves the right to disable the account and not return the account balance when you use a mobile phone number that is not handled by the normal telecommunication department and has expired and is invalid.
Six, " bring your own equipment"
6.1. You should understand that you need to prepare your own terminal equipment ( such as computers, modems and other devices ) related to the relevant services and bear the necessary expenses ( such as telephone charges, internet access fees and other expenses ) for using the services of the residential game service.
6.2. You understand and agree that you will consume your terminal equipment, bandwidth and other resources when using this service.
Seven, the " advertisement"
7.1. You agree that people's home game service can send advertising, promotion or publicity information ( including commercial and non-commercial information ) to you on its own or by a third-party advertiser in the course of providing the service, and its method and scope can be changed without special notice to you.
7.2. The residential game service may provide you with the option to turn off advertising information, but at no time may you block or filter advertising information in a manner not expressly agreed in this agreement or approved in writing by the residential game service.
7.3. People's House Game Service shall perform relevant obligations to advertisers in accordance with the provisions of the law, and you shall judge the authenticity of the advertising information yourself and be responsible for your own judgment. Except as expressly provided by the law, people's House Game Service shall not be liable for any loss or damage you have suffered as a result of the transactions conducted in accordance with the advertising information or the content provided by the aforementioned advertisers.
7.4. You should carefully judge the authenticity and reliability of the advertising information appearing in the residential game service, and you should be responsible for the transactions conducted according to the advertising information except as expressly stipulated by law.
VIII. [ Products or Services Provided by Third Parties ]
When you use a product or service provided by a third party on the residential game service platform, you shall abide by the user agreement of the third party in addition to the agreement. Nine, the " user illegal behavior"

( 3 ) maliciously fabricating facts and concealing the truth to mislead and deceive others;
( 4 ) publishing, transmitting and disseminating advertising information and junk information;
( 5 ) Acts prohibited by other laws and regulations.
9.2. If you violate this agreement, relevant state organs or agencies may institute legal proceedings, impose fines or take other sanctions against you, and request assistance from people's home game services. If the damage is caused, you should compensate according to law, and the game service of people's residence does not bear any responsibility.
9.3 If the residential game service finds or receives reports from others that your information violates this article, the residential game service has the right to make independent judgment and take technical measures to delete, block or disconnect the link. At the same time, the residential game service has the right to take measures including, but not limited to, suspending or terminating the service, restricting, freezing or terminating the use of the account, and pursuing legal liabilities, depending on the nature of the user's behavior.
9.4. If you violate this agreement and cause damage to any third party, you shall bear the responsibility independently. You should also compensate for the loss of residential game services.
Ten, " comply with local laws and regulations"
10.1. You shall abide by relevant local laws and regulations and respect local ethics and customs in the course of using this service. If your behavior violates local laws, regulations or ethics, you should be held responsible for it independently.
10.2. You should avoid getting involved in political and public events due to the use of this service, otherwise the residential game service has the right to suspend or terminate its service to you.
11. [ Content sent and disseminated by users and third-party complaint handling ]
11.1. The content you send or disseminate through this service ( including but not limited to web pages, text, pictures, audio, video, charts, etc. ) shall be the responsibility of you.
11.2. The content you send or disseminate should have a legal source, and the relevant content is owned by you or you have been authorized by the owner.

11.4. If the residential game service receives a notice from the owner claiming that the content you send or disseminate violates its relevant rights, you agree that the residential game service has the right to make independent judgment and take measures such as deleting, blocking or breaking links.
11.5. When you use this service, you shall not violate national laws and regulations or infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others. 12.3. 12.4. You understand and agree that this service is not designed for certain specific purposes, including but not limited to nuclear facilities, military use, medical facilities, transportation and communications and other important areas. If the above operation fails due to software or services, resulting in casualties, property losses and environmental damage, the residential game service will not bear legal liability.
12.5. The right to deal with illegal content is obtained by the residential game service in accordance with this agreement. This right does not constitute an obligation or commitment of the residential game service, and the residential game service cannot guarantee timely detection of illegal activities or corresponding treatment.
XIII. [ Entry into Force and Change of Agreement ]
13.1. Your use of the service of the residential game service shall be deemed to have read this agreement and be bound by this agreement.
13.2. The residential game service has the right to amend the terms of this agreement if necessary. You can view the latest version of the terms of the agreement on the relevant service page.
13.3 After the terms of this agreement are changed, if you continue to use the software or services provided by the residential game service, you will be deemed to have accepted the modified agreement. If you do not accept the revised agreement, you should stop using the software or services provided by the residential game service.
14. Change, interruption and termination of service
14.1. The residential game service may change the content of the service, and may also interrupt, suspend or terminate the service.
14.2. You understand and agree that the residential game service has the right to decide its own business strategy. In the event of merger, division, acquisition and asset transfer, the residential game service may transfer the relevant assets under this service to a third party. The residential game service may also transfer some or all of the services under this agreement to a third party for operation or performance after notifying you unilaterally. The specific transferee subject shall be subject to the notice of residential game service.
14.3. In case of any of the following situations, the residential game service has the right to interrupt or terminate the service provided to you without notice:
( 1 ) According to the law, you are required to submit true information, and the personal information you provide is untrue or inconsistent with the information at the time of registration and fails to provide reasonable proof;
( 2 ) You violate relevant laws and regulations or the agreement of this agreement;
( 3 ) in accordance with the provisions of the law or the requirements of the competent authorities;
( 4 ) For safety reasons or other necessary circumstances.
14.4. It is your responsibility to back up the data stored in this service. If your service is terminated, the residential game service can permanently delete your data from the server, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations. After the service is terminated, there is no obligation to return the data to you.
Fifteen, the " jurisdiction and application of law"
15.1 The establishment, entry into force, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China ( excluding conflict laws ).
15.2. This Agreement is signed in Nanshan District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, People's Republic of China.
15.3. If any dispute or controversy arises between you and the game service in the residential area, it should be settled through friendly negotiation first. If the negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or dispute to the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where this agreement is signed ( i.e Nanshan district, Shenzhen city, Guangdong province, China ).
15.4. The headings of all clauses of this Agreement are for convenience of reading only and have no actual meaning in themselves and cannot be used as the basis for interpretation of the meaning of this Agreement.
15.5. The provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding on both parties regardless of the reason why they are partially invalid or unenforceable.
Sixteen, the " terms of use of minors"
16.1 If the user is under the age of 18, he is a minor and should read this agreement and use this service under the supervision and guidance of his guardian.
16.2. Minor users are not deeply involved in the world, are easily confused by the false images of the Internet, are curious, lack the ability to deal with emergencies at random, are easily used by people with ulterior motives, and lack the ability to protect themselves. At the same time, the residential game service has the right to take measures including, but not limited to, suspending or terminating the service, restricting, freezing or terminating the use of the account, and pursuing legal liabilities, depending on the nature of the user's behavior.
9.4. If you violate this agreement and cause damage to any third party, you shall bear the responsibility independently. You should also compensate for the loss of residential game services.
Ten, " comply with local laws and regulations"
10.1. You shall abide by relevant local laws and regulations and respect local ethics and customs in the course of using this service. If your behavior violates local laws, regulations or ethics, you should be held responsible for it independently.
10.2. You should avoid getting involved in political and public events due to the use of this service, otherwise the residential game service has the right to suspend or terminate its service to you.
11. [ Content sent and disseminated by users and third-party complaint handling ]
11.1. The content you send or disseminate through this service ( including but not limited to web pages, text, pictures, audio, video, charts, etc. ) shall be the responsibility of you.
11.2. The content you send or disseminate should have a legal source, and the relevant content is owned by you or you have been authorized by the owner.
11.3. You agree that the residential game service may use the content you sent or disseminated for the purpose of performing this agreement or providing this service.
11.4. If the residential game service receives a notice from the owner claiming that the content you send or disseminate violates its relevant rights, you agree that the residential game service has the right to make independent judgment and take measures such as deleting, blocking or breaking links.
11.5. When you use this service, you shall not violate national laws and regulations or infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others. You understand and agree that if you are complained of infringement by others or you complain of infringement by others, the residential game service has the right to provide other disputing parties or relevant departments with necessary information such as the subject, contact information and contents of the complaint, so as to settle the complaint dispute in time and protect the legitimate rights and interests of others.
Twelve, the " force majeure and other exemptions"

In the event of the above situation, the residential game service will make efforts to cooperate with relevant units in the first place to repair it in a timely manner, but the loss caused to you by this will be exempted within the scope permitted by law.
12.2. To the extent permitted by law, the residential game service shall not be liable for service interruption or interruption caused by the following circumstances:
( 1 ) Damaged by computer virus, trojan horse or other malicious programs or hacker attacks;
( 2 ) The computer software, system, hardware and communication lines of the user's or person's house game service have failed;
( 3 ) improper user operation;
( 4 ) Users use this service through non-human house game service authorization;

12.3. You understand and agree that in the process of using this service, you may encounter risks arising from network information or other user behaviors, and the residential game service is not responsible for the authenticity, applicability and legality of any information, nor for the damage caused to you by infringement. These risks include, but are not limited to:
( 1 ) information containing threats, slanders, offensive or illegal contents from others anonymously or falsely;
( 2 ) Being misled, deceived or otherwise causing or likely to cause any psychological, physical injury and economic loss by others due to the use of the services under this Agreement;
( 3 ) other risks caused by network information or user behavior.
12.4. You understand and agree that this service is not designed for certain specific purposes, including but not limited to nuclear facilities, military use, medical facilities, transportation and communications and other important areas. If the above operation fails due to software or services, resulting in casualties, property losses and environmental damage, the residential game service will not bear legal liability.
12.5. The right to deal with illegal content is obtained by the residential game service in accordance with this agreement. This right does not constitute an obligation or commitment of the residential game service, and the residential game service cannot guarantee timely detection of illegal activities or corresponding treatment.
XIII. [ Entry into Force and Change of Agreement ]
13.1. Your use of the service of the residential game service shall be deemed to have read this agreement and be bound by this agreement.
13.2. The residential game service has the right to amend the terms of this agreement if necessary. You can view the latest version of the terms of the agreement on the relevant service page.
13.3 After the terms of this agreement are changed, if you continue to use the software or services provided by the residential game service, you will be deemed to have accepted the modified agreement. If you do not accept the revised agreement, you should stop using the software or services provided by the residential game service.
14. Change, interruption and termination of service
14.1. The residential game service may change the content of the service, and may also interrupt, suspend or terminate the service.
14.2. You understand and agree that the residential game service has the right to decide its own business strategy. In the event of merger, division, acquisition and asset transfer, the residential game service may transfer the relevant assets under this service to a third party. The residential game service may also transfer some or all of the services under this agreement to a third party for operation or performance after notifying you unilaterally. The specific transferee subject shall be subject to the notice of residential game service.
14.3. In case of any of the following situations, the residential game service has the right to interrupt or terminate the service provided to you without notice:
( 1 ) According to the law, you are required to submit true information, and the personal information you provide is untrue or inconsistent with the information at the time of registration and fails to provide reasonable proof;
( 2 ) You violate relevant laws and regulations or the agreement of this agreement;
( 3 ) in accordance with the provisions of the law or the requirements of the competent authorities;
( 4 ) For safety reasons or other necessary circumstances.
14.4. It is your responsibility to back up the data stored in this service. If your service is terminated, the residential game service can permanently delete your data from the server, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations. After the service is terminated, there is no obligation to return the data to you.
Fifteen, the " jurisdiction and application of law"
15.1 The establishment, entry into force, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China ( excluding conflict laws ).
15.2. This Agreement is signed in Nanshan District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, People's Republic of China.
15.3. If any dispute or controversy arises between you and the game service in the residential area, it should be settled through friendly negotiation first. If the negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or dispute to the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where this agreement is signed ( i.e Nanshan district, Shenzhen city, Guangdong province, China ).
15.4. The headings of all clauses of this Agreement are for convenience of reading only and have no actual meaning in themselves and cannot be used as the basis for interpretation of the meaning of this Agreement.
15.5. The provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding on both parties regardless of the reason why they are partially invalid or unenforceable.
Sixteen, the " terms of use of minors"
16.1 If the user is under the age of 18, he is a minor and should read this agreement and use this service under the supervision and guidance of his guardian.
16.2. Minor users are not deeply involved in the world, are easily confused by the false images of the Internet, are curious, lack the ability to deal with emergencies at random, are easily used by people with ulterior motives, and lack the ability to protect themselves. Therefore, minor users should pay attention to the following matters when using this service, improve safety awareness and strengthen self - protection:
( 1 ) Recognize the difference between the network world and the real world, avoid indulging in the network and affect daily study life;
( 2 ) When filling in personal data, strengthen personal protection awareness to avoid harassment of personal life by undesirable elements;
( 3 ) under the guidance of the guardian or teacher, learn to use the network correctly;
( 4 ) Avoid meeting strangers or participating in social activities at will, so as to prevent illegal elements from taking advantage of them and endangering their own safety.
16.3 Guardians and schools should give more guidance to minors when using this service. In particular, parents should be concerned about their children's growth, pay attention to communication with their children, and guide their children to pay attention to safety issues on the Internet so as to prevent them from getting ahead of time.
