DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of this document,
the "Company" shall be defined as Nitroglycerin Ltd.;
the "Software" shall be defined as the game application "Formula XD", or as of version 1.4, "Formula XD Turbo", as well as all accompanying works such as music and graphics;
the "Instance of the Software" shall be defined as the particular Software to which this very license document is attached;
the "Seller" shall be defined as the legal entity from which you purchased this instance of the Software;
"you" shall be defined as he lawful owner of this Instance of the Software, and Second Party to this license agreement.
COPYRIGHT
The Software is and remains under the copyright of the Company, and has the automatic protection of the law. However, in order to be able to actually use the Software, it is inevitable that some copying of data would need to take place. This section details the specific additional privileges licensed to you, in order to make proper use of the Software legal.
As long as you are the SOLE AND LAWFUL owner of this Instance of the Software, you are permitted under license to make and/or keep copies of this Instance of the Software EXCLUSIVELY for your own PERSONAL USE, eg. for backup purposes; redistribution rights are not granted. You accept that, upon rescinding ownership of this Instance of the Software - eg. by completing a refund transaction with the Seller - any license to make and/or keep copies of this Instance of the Software is REVOKED, meaning that any copies derived from this Instance of the Software must be destroyed and no new copies made.
FAIR USE
License is granted to you, as the SOLE AND LAWFUL owner of this Instance of the Software, to record the visual and audio output of the Software for personal use, and to redistribute said recordings IF AND ONLY IF redistributed in accordance with the principles and precedents of 'fair use' in United States law as written on the 20th day of September 2018. The Company shall not take measures to impede upon this license nor request such impediment from any third party, but may not be held liable for uninvited impediments from third parties.
ASSENT
If you have READ AND UNDERSTOOD and also ACCEPT these terms, you may install and use this Software. If you do not accept these terms you MAY NOT CONTINUE with the installation and you must not copy, install, use or run this Software on this or any other computer.
