END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Not-So Classic Games ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the video game Cat Warfare, including all updates, patches, downloadable content, and related services (collectively, the "Game").
By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Game.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, non sublicensable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Game for personal, non commercial entertainment purposes only.
2. OWNERSHIP
The Game is licensed, not sold. Not-So Classic Games and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Game.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You agree that you will not:
a. Copy, reproduce, distribute, rent, lease, or transfer the Game except as expressly permitted by this Agreement
b. Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game except where permitted by applicable law
c. Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
d. Use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
e. Exploit the Game commercially without prior written consent from the Company
4. ONLINE FEATURES AND USER CONDUCT
If the Game includes online or multiplayer features, you agree not to:
a. Use cheats, hacks, bots, or unauthorized third party software
b. Harass, abuse, or harm other users
c. Transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
d. Interfere with or disrupt servers or networks connected to the Game
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to online features for violations of this section.
5. UPDATES AND PATCHES
The Company may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Game. These updates are considered part of the Game and are governed by this Agreement. Continued use of the Game after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
6. USER GENERATED CONTENT
If the Game allows you to create, upload, or share content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non exclusive, royalty free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with operating and promoting the Game. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license.
7. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies in your possession.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON INFRINGEMENT. YOU USE THE GAME AT YOUR OWN RISK.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOT-SO CLASSIC GAMES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE GAME. THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE GAME.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the United States.
11. THIRD PARTY SERVICES
The Game may integrate with third party platforms or services, including Steam. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Not-So Classic Games regarding the Game and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
