End user licence agreement
Please read this EULA carefully, as it sets out the basis upon which we license the Software for use.
By clicking "accept agreement" when you first install the Software, you agree to be bound by the provisions of this EULA.
Definitions:
Software: All software included in Spellwake.
User: The person who downloads and uses the Software and agrees to this EULA.
Developer: The people who created and released Spellwake, Norrman Brothers.
This EULA is effective from August 1st, 2018 and until Developers change it.
This software is delivered "as-is". Developers cannot be held liable for any problems that this software may cause, directly or indirectly. The Developer warrants the User that the Software is free from malicious code. The Developer does not however guarantee that the Software is free from defects, error or bugs, nor do we make any guarantees to fix such issues.
The user is not allowed to try to access the source code of the Software. The User is not allowed to redistribute the Software or any parts of it in any way. The user is not allowed to use the Software in a way other than that which was intended by the Developer, i.e. play it as a computer game. The user is not allowed to attempt to alter the source code of the game or use any third party programs which can interfere with the game (e.g. "hacking").
The User is allowed to stream video, take screenshots and make recordings while using the Software.
The Developers can shut down the online services of the Software at any time and for any reason.
The User does not own the Software or any parts thereof. The Developer owns all intellectual property rights to the Software. However, some parts of the software, e.g. 3D models and icons, are created by third parties which are credited in the game. Those assets are the intellectual property of their respective creators.
The User is not allowed to agree to this EULA for another person. The User is responsible to ensure that each other person who uses the Software with the User's account follows this EULA.
If the user does not want to use the Software anymore, they can uninstall it and remove it at any time.
