BearHammer VR is an independent VR Game that features throwing and swinging mechanics.
The game is made for use with VR headsets & controllers from large manufacturers such as Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, and Valve Index which the user uses by accepting their End User License Agreements and those of Steam, the vendor of this game.
The end user accepts responsibility of protecting themselves and their surroundings at all times.
The end user user agrees to use the chaperone systems that these large VR headset manufacturers have implemented for their safety and the safety of others.
The end user recognizes and agrees that BearHammer Games Ltd is not responsible for guaranteeing their safety or the safety of others while playing the game, and BearHammer Games Ltd is not liable should any incident arise of injury to person or property.
The end user assumes all normal risk associated with playing a virtual reality game and using virtual reality equipment.
If the end user is a commercial user and sells access to the game to other players in a commercial property (for example; a virtual reality arcade) then they must obtain permission from BearHammer Games Ltd to do so or purchase a commercial license to operate the game.
