I ask you to read this end user license agreement thoroughly before you install and use this video game (software). By installing or using this video game (software) you agree to be bound by the terms of agreement. Do not install or use this video game (software) if you do not agree with the terms of agreement.
This end-user license agreement is a legal agreement between you (an individual or a single entity) and Zachary Stafford.
General:
Zachary Stafford, as the licensor, grants you a non-exclusive right to use the video game (software) under the terms of the license. Zachary Stafford reserves all rights not expressly granted to you. Zachary Stafford retains the ownership of this video game (software). The software is protected by copyright laws.
Permitted Uses And Restrictions:
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Zachary Stafford grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the video game (software) solely as follows:
Unauthorized copying of the video game (software) is expressly forbidden.
The distribution of the license of the video game (software) does not entitle any compensation from the licensor (Zachary Stafford).
The user of the video game (software) may not rent, lease, or lend the software to anyone.
The user of the video game (software) may not copy, adapt, translate, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, and/or modify the video game (software).
You may not assign, rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sub-license this video game (software).
Disclaimer of Warranties:
Your use of the game (software) is at your sole risk. The video game (software) and accompanying written materials are provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied of any kind and Zachary Stafford disclaims the warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and merchant-ability. No oral or written advice given by Zachary Stafford shall create a warranty or in any way increase the scope of this warranty and you may not rely upon such information or advice.
Software Updates:
At any given time, Zachary Stafford, may update or modify the game (software) and require you to install an update to continue playing and using the game (software). Failing to install an update may result in an inability to use the game (software) and shall not result in any ability to receive a refund or compensation of any kind.
Right To Change and/or Update EULA:
Zachary Stafford has the right to change and/or update the EULA at any time.
Liability limitation:
Zachary Stafford, who has been involved in the creation and production of this video game (software), cannot be liable for, and shall not pay any amount of incidental, consequential, direct or indirect damages (including damage for loss of profit, business interruption, loss of data, virtual reality sickness (including motion sickness or anything connected to virtual reality hardware and/or software), injury or bodily injury (including death or disability), and the like arising out of the use or inability to use the video game (software)). You assume the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the software. As with virtual reality games, please follow the instructions provided to you by your virtual reality headset and play in a safe environment away from people and property that you could come in contact with during use.
