- This application cannot be held responsible for errors encountered in the game, technical problems, the interpretation of published information and the consequences of their use. We are not responsible and will not pay any fees. Consequently, the user acknowledges that he/she is solely responsible for using this information.
* Account Termination *
We reserve the right to deactivate your Dynast.io account at any time, if:
- You are found cheating or modifying the game in any way,
- You use bots or alternative methods to get multiple accounts in the same game,
- You share your account with other players,
- You request an abusive refund on one of our payment systems,
- You trade items for real money or other valuables outside of the game.
- You trade items on private servers for real money, or other valuables outside of the game.
We will not accept any form of insult, threat, racism in any way whatsoever under penalty of banning your account and legal action in the most serious cases.
* Collected Information *
All information you provide us will remain confidential. No information is sold or provided to any third parties in any way.
We store your scores, purchases and rewards individually.
In order to improve the game experience, we collect on a global basis, without identifying our users, the country, the city, as well as the average overall game time.
* Purchases in Game *
- Any purchase of in-game features is limited to being used in the game for which they were purchased. Prices for purchases are in US dollars or your local currency. Purchases for game features are limited to a maximum of US$50.00 per transaction. The purchase of features in the game gives the buyer the right to use these features in the game at any time. The purchase of features does not include the right to copy or distribute, use any of the features or use them outside the named game in any way. The copyright for all content and features of the game applies.
- You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to make purchases.
- Email addresses are stored during a purchase so that refunds can be made.
