A tractor ('the game') is an online, social-economic game developed by Games for May Limited.
This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which you are licensed to install and use the game.
YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT (THE “AGREEMENT”) BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THE GAME. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MAY NOT INSTALL OR OTHERWISE ACCESS THE GAME.
- The game requires access to servers on the internet to function. There is no guarantee that these servers will always be available. The game may cease to function at any time.
- In-game / game-play wealth and items may be removed by system administrators if the administrators conclude that these items were gained improperly.
- Items purchased through the Steam wallet may be made unavailable at any point. Standard Steam policies with regard to refunds of in-game items will apply.
- Functional and game-play benefits of items purchased through the Steam wallet may change at any point.
- The graphical appearance of items purchased through the Steam wallet may change at any point.
- System administrators may remove and/or ban any player from the game, and remove in-game currency and/or items, if they conclude, without requirement of proof, that the player :
- - is making use of bugs, flaws or exploits to gain in-game wealth or items.
- - is being abusive in any way, including through abusive behavior or chat.
- - is deliberately using methods to disrupt the game experience for other players.
- - has made use of duplicate accounts with the intention of gaining in-game currency or items, by trading with the duplicate account.
- - is deliberately using methods to disrupt the normal functioning of the game.
Alterations to the game
Games for May may change, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the game or user accounts at any time, including removing items, modifying economic values and production rates, or revising the effectiveness of items in an effort to balance the game. Games for May may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the game without notice or liability.
Termination
You are entitled to terminate this Agreement at any time by notifying Games for May by email at support@gamesformay.com.
Games for May reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason, or for no reason, with or without notice to you. For purposes of explanation and not limitation, most Account suspensions and terminations are the result of violations of this Agreement. In case of minor violations of these rules, Games for May may provide you with a prior warning and/or suspend your use of the Account due to your non-compliance prior to terminating the Agreement or modifying or deleting an Account.
In the event of a termination of this Agreement, any right you may have had to any pre-purchased game access or virtual goods, such as in-game currency, in-game items, skins, etc., are forfeit, and you acknowledge that you are not entitled to any refund for any items prior to any termination of this Agreement. In addition, you will not be able to use the game.
