By downloading or playing Somebody's Tale, you agree to this agreement.
2. What You Can Do
You may play the game for personal entertainment purposes only.
3. What You CANNOT Do
You may not copy, sell, or modify the game.
You may not use it for commercial purposes without my permission.
You may not reverse engineer the code.
4. Ownership
The game is mine. All characters, music, levels, and code are my property.
5. No Warranty
The game is provided "as is". I do not guarantee that it will always work perfectly.
6. Limitation of Liability
I am not responsible if the game damages your computer or if you lose data.
7. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by Swiss law.
