End-User License Agreement

By downloading this Application, you are agreeing to be bound to the
terms and conditions of this Agreement.

License
1. Under this EULA, Jacob Cole Francis (The "Vendor") grants to the
user, a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to download,
install, and use Silentium 2D soley for your own personal, non-commercial
purposes strictly in accordance with this EULA.


Software
2. The title, copyright, intellectual property rights and distribution
rights of the Software remain exclusively with the Vendor. This includes

Visual Graphics, musical soundtrack, characters, and the overall look and
feel of the software.

This software may not be reverse engineered with any past, present, or future
technologies.


Failure to comply with this EULA will be considered a material breach of this agreement.


By accepting these terms, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Britsh Columbia,
where this agreement is enforced.

This agreement can only be modified by both the signing of the Vendor and the User.
