This software is only for the use with permission, not for sales. 51Wefund LLC (hereinafter referred to as we) reserves all rights which are not expressly permitted to you. The products applicable to this License Agreement are called game software, other contents and activation codes in this License (each product is defined below), while called "the products" as a whole.
This is a legally binding agreement between you and 51Wefund LLC. Before the process of installation, entry, or use 1) the game you have bought (game software); 2) any other downloadable contents, whether purchased from 51Wefund LLC or obtained free of charge (other contents); 3) the unique Arabia identifier number transmitted by the third party platform electronically to you, which allows you to exchange, enter, download and use game software (activation code), please read this Terminal End User License Agreement (the agreement) carefully. The game software includes all video software, related media, and the upgrading, updates and related media that no separate license agreements replace or supplement, any online or electronic documents, and any copy of the software and materials.
Important - please read carefully: installation, unpacking, copying and/ or another useful way of this product mean that you have recognized, accepted and agreed with the terms of this Agreement (including all attached appendixes of this Agreement). This Agreement applies to all users of this product, including those who contribute to the contents, information and other materials or software of this product. If you disagree with the terms of this agreement, you have no right to install, unpack, copy or use this product. If you are unsatisfied with all the products or any other information or materials provided by 51Wefund LLC or through 51Wefund LLC, the solution is to stop using this product. Your consent to comply with the contents of this Agreement shall come into force when you begin to use this product. If you disagree with the terms of this agreement, please do not download or not use this product, and 51Wefund LLC shall not permit, or be considered that you can install and use this product.
Abrogation of rights: digital contents
For the purchase of digital contents (including but not limited to game software, other contents and/ or activation codes), you shall immediately download and use this product after we accept your order and provide the product as you agree; in the scope of law, you have no right to cancel the order or enjoy the cooling cycle. In addition to the case that we or the third party retailer clearly specifies such circumstances, you shall not be refunded as well.
1. Terms that users recognize and accept
On the premise that you comply with all the terms of the agreement, other operating rules, policies and procedures, we shall provide you with the product. In addition, other applications provided by this product or related to this product may also be subject to other terms and conditions issued by 51Wefund LLC at any time.
Local laws in your jurisdiction may require you to reach a certain age before you can sign specific legally binding agreements, such as the terms of this agreement.

This product may not be suitable for children below a certain age. Whenever possible, 51Wefund LLC shall use game classification index to indicate the appropriate age range based on the content contained in the product. This index is only used as a guide, so if you think that the material is not suitable for the age classification, in any case, 51Wefund LLC shall do not bear the liability. Please note that not all features of this product are graded, some of which include adult language and materials.
2. Limited license
On the premise that you comply with the terms of this agreement, 51Wefund LLC hereby grants you the non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited and fully revocable rights and permits, that is, you can install, enter and use a copy of this product. The product can only be used for your personal use instead of commercial use. This agreement also applies to any patches, updates or upgrades you may get from the product. According to and not limited to the terms of this agreement or the protected content, it is explicitly prohibited to replicate, copy or reproduce the product or related materials or information to another server or position in any form, and any form of publicity shall be prohibited. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement shall be retained by 51Wefund LLC and its licensor (if applicable).
Without the explicit written consent of the authorized representative of 51Wefund LLC, you may not sell or use the product for other commercial communication or commercial use (or any part of it) (such as, leasing, licensing, re-licensing, communication, uploading, downloading, transmission, whether each play is paid or charged in other ways).
3. No ownership
You agree that you do not have ownership of this product and any property right of return, and you further recognize and agree that all these rights are now and will always be owned by 51Wefund LLC. Unless this agreement specifies that it can be given to you, otherwise all rights and interests of this product, and all copyrights in this agreement or related to this agreement, trademarks and intellectual property of this product shall be owned by51Wefund LLC or its Licensor (including but not limited to patches, updates, copies, derivatives, titles, computer code, topics, objects, characters, names, stories, dialogues, popular words, positions, concepts, art designs, images, animations, voices, music composing, audio and video effects, texts, operation modes, moral rights, apple integrated into the product, and any related documents)
This product is protected by international copyright agreements, conventions and other laws. All rights are retained. This product includes specific permitted materials, so 51Wefund LLC and its Licensor can protect these rights in case of violation of this agreement.
This license does not grant you any ownership of the product, and it shall not be interpreted as a sale or transfer of any intellectual property right or related to this product.
4. Non-sales and non-transfer
51Wefund LLC does not recognize the transfer of products, and in order to avoid confusion, the transfer refers to the transfer of any independent part of the product (including game software, other contents and activation codes). Therefore, without the prior written consent of 51Wefund LLC, you shall not deliver, purchase, sell, bargain, trade, market, supply or sell, permit, transfer, or assign your rights, liabilities or obligations under this agreement, whether partial or all. Any attempt of the above behaviors shall be invalid.
5. Licensing conditions
You agree to use the product or any part of it only in the way of complying with this agreement, and you shall not:
(a) Commercialize the product or any part thereof, including, but not limited to, Internet cafes, computer game centers or any other service places.
(b) Use or allow to use this product on two or more computers, game machines, mobile devices, handheld devices or tablets at the same time, unless 51Wefund LLC explicitly authorizes;
(c) Use the product in the network, multi-user scenes remote access, and allow others to use the product or provide the product for other people, including the situation that can be downloaded by multiple users;
(d) Sell, lease, license, distribute and transfer the product and its copies through other means;
(e) Carry out the reverse work, calculate source codes, modify, decompile, disassemble, copy, or produce derivative works for all or part of the product.
(f) Remove, prohibit or bypass any safety protection, exclusive declaration or identification contained in the product, including but not limited to the activation codes separated from the materials of the product
(g) Violate any applicable laws and regulations, export or re-export products or any of its adaptation copies;
(h) Imitate data or functions of this product to create data or executable programs.
If you violate this agreement, your right to use the product shall be automatically terminated under this Agreement without notice. Your violation of this article shall constitute a major violation of this Agreement and/or any applicable copyright law and other intellectual property laws and conventions, so you may be liable for civil and criminal liability.
In addition, you shall agree to comply with any safety information, maintenance instructions or other related notices specified in the carry-on manual and other documents of this product.
7. Warranty disclaimer: Restriction of liabilities
Within the maximum limit permitted by the applicable laws, you shall explicitly agree that you bear the risks associated with the use of the product alone, and the risks of satisfactory quality, performance, accuracy, and trial shall be borne by you. In addition to the limited guarantee provided by 51Wefund LLC as provided in Term 14 of this agreement, within the maximum limit permitted by the applicable laws, the way that the product is provided to you is present and available, including the defects, and any type of guarantee is not provided, therefore, 51Wefund LLC shall be exempted from any guarantees and terms, whether these are explicitly expressed or implied, including but not limited to marketable guarantee, satisfactory quality guarantee, guarantee for specific purposes, the accuracy guarantee and the guarantee of quiet enjoyment, and guarantees that shall not infringe on any third party's rights. In addition to the foregoing contents, we do not guarantee that (A) this product will surely meet your requirements; (B) the use of this product is uninterrupted, timely, safe and error-free; (C) this product is interoperable or compatible with other software; or (D) the results obtained from this product are valid, accurate, or reliable. Verbal or written information or advice from 51Wefund LLC or its authorized representative do not constitute guarantees.
At some time, this product may be out of date in the future, so 51Wefund LLC shall not promise to update this product. The liability exemption provided in this term shall be applicable to any damages due to failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defects, operation or transmission delay, computer virus, communication line failure, being stolen and damaged or unauthorized entry, change or use of this product, whether these are violation, infringement, and negligence or other reasons. The use or downloading of this product, or the acquisition of any material related to this product are your own behaviors, and you shall bear the risks and agree that you bear the full liabilities for any damage to your computer system or the data loss.
51Wefund LLC shall not make any statement about the suitability of the product, information and/or related graphics as part of the product for any purpose. This product, information and/or related graphics as part of the product may include technical errors or graphic errors. You shall understand and agree that there may be a temporary interruption in the operation of this product. You further understand and agree that we have no control over the third party network you may access. Therefore, the delay and interruption of other network transmission are completely uncontrolled by 51Wefund LLC.
You shall recognize and agree to settle any disputes with 51Wefund LLC. Your only solution is to stop using this product. In any case, for any applicable products that cause liabilities by 51Wefund LLC, the liabilities borne by 51Wefund LLC shall not be more than the fee you paid to 1Wefund LLC or its associated party or design party. In any case, 51Wefund LLC or its affiliates shall not bear any types of special, punitive, incidental, indirect, or consequential damage to you or any third party (including but not limited to the loss of possession, data or income, whether we have been reminded of such losses before or not) and the liabilities brought by the use of the product (including loss of property, damage to goodwill, computer failure or failure, etc.) and personal injury within the limit of law (even if 51Wefund LLC has been reminded of the loss before).
In those states or jurisdictions that do not allow the consequences or collateral losses to be excluded or restricted, the liability exclusion of the 51Wefund LLC and all parties shall be limited to the maximum by the law.
8. Compensation
When 51Wefund LLC requests, you shall agree to defend for51Wefund LLC and its associated parties, compensate and ensure that they are exempted from any liability, claim, loss, cost and expenditure (including a lawyer's fee) due to the following reasons: (a) the use of this product or activities related to this product (Including, but not limited to, the contents generated by the generation and use of user synchronized with game software and / or game segments;) (b) Any violation of this Agreement or (c) you are accused of infringement of any content provided by the product or infringing on any third party’s copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, or other knowledge in another way. If you will cooperate with 51Wefund LLC in any defense, 51Wefund LLC shall reserve the right, and you shall defend and control any matters that may require you for compensation at your own expense.
9. Email, information, blogs, and chat
51Wefund LLC can provide e-mails, information, blogs, or chat through the product or a third party provider (called communication software as a whole). 51Wefund LLC is not responsible for any communication made by other users through communication software. We shall not be liable for any communication you make through the communication software. You shall recognize and agree that the communication you make through the communication software is open and non-private, so you can't expect to protect your privacy while using the communication software. You shall recognize and agree that any personal information that you communicate through a communication software may be seen and used by other users, which may lead to a large spread of the information. We strongly recommend that you do not disclose any personal information in your public communication through the communication software unless you want the information to be permanently provided to the public.
51Wefund LLC may provide other third-party world sites or resource links through products directly or through a third-party provider. 51Wefund LLC shall not make any statement about any other website you may browse. Because 51Wefund LLC is unable to control the sites and resources, you agree that 51Wefund LLC is not responsible for the availability of the external website and resources and that 51Wefund LLC is not responsible for any content, advertising, product, service or other material on the site or resources, so you need to take risks on your own. The quotation of names, signs, products, and services of third parties or the provision of the third party websites or the information hyperlink texts are only for your convenience, which shall not constitute or imply that any third party or its products and services are endorsed, sponsored, recommended or connected. 51Wefund LLC shall not make any statement or guarantee for any third party’s contents, products or services, so you agree that 51Wefund LLC does not take any responsibility for any direct or indirect loss or damage caused by or relied on any third party content, product or service provided on or on any of the websites or resources.
10. International use
Although this product may be accessed anywhere in the world, we shall make no statement on whether the product or the related materials are suitable for the use or can be used in your location, and the area may not be able to access the product if the local laws prohibit the access of the product etc. The users who choose to access the products in these areas need to bear the obligations in accordance with local laws (within the applicable scope of the local laws). If these are prohibited by the laws, any supply and information related to this product shall be invalid. Not limited to the foregoing content, this product shall not be exported or re-exported to the following areas: (a) the countries that the United States implements the trade embargo or (b) the persons on the list of special nationals by the Treasury Department of United States or the list refused by US Department of Commerce or institutions. The entry and use of this product indicate that you have stated and guaranteed that you are not in or under the control of any of these countries, or you are a member of the national or list of the country.
11. Termination of the terms and continued validity
This Agreement shall remain in full force until any party terminates. You shall recognize and agree that you will not be entitled to the refund of any fees paid to 51Wefund LLC before the termination of the agreement. According to the terms of this agreement, you may decide to stop using this product at any time. On the condition that other rights of 51Wefund LLC are not damaged, this Agreement shall be terminated automatically if you fail to comply with the terms of the agreement. At the time of termination, you must destroy all copies of this product. The terms of 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11 and 12 of this agreement remain valid after the termination of this agreement.
12. Prohibition
If the terms of this Agreement are not explicitly enforced, 51Wefund LLC will suffer from an unrecoverable loss, so you shall agree that 51Wefund LLC can take actions including seeking injunctions or other equitable relief measures on the premise that 51Wefund LLC does not provide the guarantee fund, loss guarantee, and other proof, in addition to any applicable relief measures applicable to the law .
13. Data protection
You shall recognize that 51Wefund LLC can collect data from the process of your playing and/or using this product. For example, 51Wefund LLC can collect or process information about your computer, including your IP address and operating system (if applicable). This is statistical data about your browsing behavior and mode, which does not identify personal identity. The collection and storage of the above data and game usage information are purely to facilitate the existing functions of the product, assist 51Wefund LLC to evaluate and improve the product and other games based on the general use pattern, as well as for the purpose of data management.
14. Open source software and third-party software
This game software includes and/or uses open source software ("OSS") and third party software ("TPS"). You shall agree to accept the license terms and constraints of open source software and third party software included in this software.
15. Technical protection measures
In order to verify your permissions, you need to accept this agreement and access the Internet. The technical protection measures of this product may require you to download some data to your device so that the product can take effect. If you prohibit or tamper with the technical protection measures, the product may not be able to run properly, and you will cause a major breach.
16. Others
This agreement represents a complete agreement between you and 51Wefund LLC on this product and replaces all the agreements and statements, guarantees, or understandings for the same goal achieved by you and 51Wefund LLC (whether negligently or unintentionally, but not fraudulently signed files). 51Wefund LLC shall reserve the right to amend or change this agreement at any time by itself in any way and shall not bear any liability.
If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or non-enforceable in accordance with the applicable laws, including but not limited to the aforementioned guarantees, disclaimers and restrictions of liability, the invalid or non-enforceable terms shall be replaced by the effective, executable, and new clauses that are close to the original terms. The rest terms of this agreement shall continue to be valid. Any terms or related rights of this Agreement that we do not execute or exercise shall not be deemed to be waived by us.
51Wefund LLC can transfer the agreement in whole or in part at any time. In spite of this, you may not transfer, move or re-license any of your rights or obligations to others under this Agreement without the explicit prior written consent of 51Wefund LLC.
51Wefund LLC complies with the current legal and judicial procedures in the performance of this agreement, therefore, nothing in this Agreement does derogate the rights of 51Wefund LLC to comply with your government, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to the use of this product or to the use of 51Wefund LLC to collect or provide information to 51Wefund LLC. In addition to any reason under the applicable laws, we shall not be liable if the product is delayed or not delivered due to any event beyond our reasonable control, whether or not the event is foreseeable by any party, including but not limited to labor disputes, wars, terrorism, fire, denials of service, attacks, Internet interruptions, accidents, bad weather, inability to guarantee traffic, government behavior or regulations, and other reasons beyond our reasonable control, whether or not similar to those listed above.
Any content in this Agreement shall not grant or claim any rights of any third party to enforce any provisions of this agreement. The terms of the Contract Law (third party rights) (including revised versions) in 1999 are clearly excluded.
All parties agree that all communications related to this Agreement shall be written in English.
This agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, and you shall agree that the people's Court of China has the sole jurisdiction over this agreement.
Unless otherwise stated, the sample companies, organizations, products, characters, and events described in this product are fictitious, and we have no intention or hint of any entity, organization, product, character, or event.
By continuing to use 51Wefund LLC products, you shall admit here that you have read and understood the Terminal End User License Agreement and agree that the use of this product indicates that you agree to accept the binding of the agreement.

If you violate this agreement, your right to use the product shall be automatically terminated under this Agreement without notice. Your violation of this article shall constitute a major violation of this Agreement and/or any applicable copyright law and other intellectual property laws and conventions, so you may be liable for civil and criminal liability.
In addition, you shall agree to comply with any safety information, maintenance instructions or other related notices specified in the carry-on manual and other documents of this product.

In addition to the foregoing contents, we do not guarantee that (A) this product will surely meet your requirements; (B) the use of this product is uninterrupted, timely, safe and error-free; (C) this product is interoperable or compatible with other software; or (D) the results obtained from this product are valid, accurate, or reliable. Verbal or written information or advice from 51Wefund LLC or its authorized representative do not constitute guarantees.

In any case, 51Wefund LLC or its affiliates shall not bear any types of special, punitive, incidental, indirect, or consequential damage to you or any third party (including but not limited to the loss of possession, data or income, whether we have been reminded of such losses before or not) and the liabilities brought by the use of the product (including loss of property, damage to goodwill, computer failure or failure, etc.) and personal injury within the limit of law (even if 51Wefund LLC has been reminded of the loss before).
In those states or jurisdictions that do not allow the consequences or collateral losses to be excluded or restricted, the liability exclusion of the 51Wefund LLC and all parties shall be limited to the maximum by the law.
8. Compensation
When 51Wefund LLC requests, you shall agree to defend for51Wefund LLC and its associated parties, compensate and ensure that they are exempted from any liability, claim, loss, cost and expenditure (including a lawyer's fee) due to the following reasons: (a) the use of this product or activities related to this product (Including, but not limited to, the contents generated by the generation and use of user synchronized with game software and / or game segments;) (b) Any violation of this Agreement or (c) you are accused of infringement of any content provided by the product or infringing on any third party’s copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, or other knowledge in another way. If you will cooperate with 51Wefund LLC in any defense, 51Wefund LLC shall reserve the right, and you shall defend and control any matters that may require you for compensation at your own expense.
9. Email, information, blogs, and chat
51Wefund LLC can provide e-mails, information, blogs, or chat through the product or a third party provider (called communication software as a whole). 51Wefund LLC is not responsible for any communication made by other users through communication software. We shall not be liable for any communication you make through the communication software. You shall recognize and agree that the communication you make through the communication software is open and non-private, so you can't expect to protect your privacy while using the communication software. You shall recognize and agree that any personal information that you communicate through a communication software may be seen and used by other users, which may lead to a large spread of the information. We strongly recommend that you do not disclose any personal information in your public communication through the communication software unless you want the information to be permanently provided to the public.

10. International use
Although this product may be accessed anywhere in the world, we shall make no statement on whether the product or the related materials are suitable for the use or can be used in your location, and the area may not be able to access the product if the local laws prohibit the access of the product etc. The users who choose to access the products in these areas need to bear the obligations in accordance with local laws (within the applicable scope of the local laws). 11. Termination of the terms and continued validity
This Agreement shall remain in full force until any party terminates. According to the terms of this agreement, you may decide to stop using this product at any time. On the condition that other rights of 51Wefund LLC are not damaged, this Agreement shall be terminated automatically if you fail to comply with the terms of the agreement. At the time of termination, you must destroy all copies of this product. The terms of 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11 and 12 of this agreement remain valid after the termination of this agreement.
12. Prohibition
If the terms of this Agreement are not explicitly enforced, 51Wefund LLC will suffer from an unrecoverable loss, so you shall agree that 51Wefund LLC can take actions including seeking injunctions or other equitable relief measures on the premise that 51Wefund LLC does not provide the guarantee fund, loss guarantee, and other proof, in addition to any applicable relief measures applicable to the law .
13. Data protection
You shall recognize that 51Wefund LLC can collect data from the process of your playing and/or using this product. For example, 51Wefund LLC can collect or process information about your computer, including your IP address and operating system (if applicable). 14. Open source software and third-party software
This game software includes and/or uses open source software ("OSS") and third party software ("TPS"). You shall agree to accept the license terms and constraints of open source software and third party software included in this software.
15. Technical protection measures

The technical protection measures of this product may require you to download some data to your device so that the product can take effect. If you prohibit or tamper with the technical protection measures, the product may not be able to run properly, and you will cause a major breach.
16. Others
This agreement represents a complete agreement between you and 51Wefund LLC on this product and replaces all the agreements and statements, guarantees, or understandings for the same goal achieved by you and 51Wefund LLC (whether negligently or unintentionally, but not fraudulently signed files). 51Wefund LLC shall reserve the right to amend or change this agreement at any time by itself in any way and shall not bear any liability.
If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or non-enforceable in accordance with the applicable laws, including but not limited to the aforementioned guarantees, disclaimers and restrictions of liability, the invalid or non-enforceable terms shall be replaced by the effective, executable, and new clauses that are close to the original terms. The rest terms of this agreement shall continue to be valid. Any terms or related rights of this Agreement that we do not execute or exercise shall not be deemed to be waived by us.
51Wefund LLC can transfer the agreement in whole or in part at any time. In spite of this, you may not transfer, move or re-license any of your rights or obligations to others under this Agreement without the explicit prior written consent of 51Wefund LLC.
51Wefund LLC complies with the current legal and judicial procedures in the performance of this agreement, therefore, nothing in this Agreement does derogate the rights of 51Wefund LLC to comply with your government, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to the use of this product or to the use of 51Wefund LLC to collect or provide information to 51Wefund LLC. In addition to any reason under the applicable laws, we shall not be liable if the product is delayed or not delivered due to any event beyond our reasonable control, whether or not the event is foreseeable by any party, including but not limited to labor disputes, wars, terrorism, fire, denials of service, attacks, Internet interruptions, accidents, bad weather, inability to guarantee traffic, government behavior or regulations, and other reasons beyond our reasonable control, whether or not similar to those listed above.
Any content in this Agreement shall not grant or claim any rights of any third party to enforce any provisions of this agreement. The terms of the Contract Law (third party rights) (including revised versions) in 1999 are clearly excluded.
All parties agree that all communications related to this Agreement shall be written in English.
This agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, and you shall agree that the people's Court of China has the sole jurisdiction over this agreement.
Unless otherwise stated, the sample companies, organizations, products, characters, and events described in this product are fictitious, and we have no intention or hint of any entity, organization, product, character, or event.
By continuing to use 51Wefund LLC products, you shall admit here that you have read and understood the Terminal End User License Agreement and agree that the use of this product indicates that you agree to accept the binding of the agreement.
