END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THIS SOFTWARE.

1. INTRODUCTION
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the developer ("Developer", "we", or "us") of the Movie Industry Development Simulation game ("Software" or "Game"). By installing, copying, accessing, or otherwise using this Software, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this EULA.
If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use this Software. Continued use of this Software constitutes acceptance of all terms.

2. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use one copy of the Software on a single personal computer or gaming device for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license grants you the right to:
• Install and run one instance of the Software on your personal computer or gaming device
• Create save files and game progress locally
• Use the Software in conjunction with Valve Corporation's Steamworks platform

3. RESTRICTIONS
Except as expressly permitted by this EULA, you may not:
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software
• Copy or reproduce the Software except for a single backup copy
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, transfer, or sublicense the Software or this license
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary notices
• Use the Software for commercial purposes or to develop competing products
• Use cheats, exploits, automation tools, or unauthorized modifications
• Use the Software in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights in the Software, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and all other proprietary rights, are owned by the Developer or licensed third parties. Your license is limited to the rights expressly granted in this EULA. You may not claim any ownership interest in the Software.
The Software is protected by copyright law and international copyright treaties.

5. USER CONTENT AND SAVE DATA
You own all save files, progress data, and personal game data you create ("User Content"). However, you acknowledge that this data may be stored on your device or cloud services and may be deleted if you uninstall the Software or violate this EULA.
We reserve the right to reset or delete User Content in the event of account termination, security violations, or abuse of the Software.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Warranties regarding the security or reliability of the Software

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Loss of game progress or saved data
• Business interruption
This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations of liability, so this may not apply to you.

8. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights automatically terminate if you breach this EULA. Upon termination, you must immediately:
• Cease all use of the Software
• Delete all copies of the Software from your device(s)
We reserve the right to terminate this license at any time for violations of this EULA or conduct we deem harmful.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Software may integrate with Valve Corporation's Steamworks platform and may require Steam to operate. Your use of Steamworks is governed by Valve's Subscriber Agreement and Terms of Service. We are not responsible for Steamworks availability, functionality, or changes.
The Software may also contact our servers to check for updates, report analytics, or maintain game functionality. By using the Software, you consent to these communications.

10. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to use the Software in any manner that:
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Harasses, defames, or infringes the rights of others
• Interferes with the normal operation of the Software or its servers
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Software or systems

11. UPDATES AND CHANGES
We may update, patch, or modify the Software at any time without notice. Updates may be mandatory to continue using the Software. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from updates or patches.

12. GOVERNING LAW
This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Developer is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

13. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, or if that is not possible, severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
