END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Radioactive Tick Games ("Developer") for the video game "Orthodox" ("Product"), distributed through Steam.
By installing, accessing, or using the Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Product solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Developer.
2. OWNERSHIP
The Product is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights in the Product belong to the Developer. Steam acts solely as a distribution platform.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:
Copy, distribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the Product outside of systems permitted by Steam
Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Product except where permitted by applicable law
Use the Product for illegal, unlawful, or harmful purposes
Circumvent any technical protection measures
4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT AND STREAMING
You are free to create and share content based on the Product, including gameplay videos, live streams, screenshots, and commentary.
This includes monetized content on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and similar platforms, provided that you:
Do not claim ownership of the Product or its assets
Do not imply official affiliation with the Developer
Comply with Steam's guidelines and those of the relevant platform
Do not use the Product in illegal, hateful, or harmful contexts
The Developer reserves the right to request removal of content that violates these conditions.
5. FICTION, SATIRE, AND PARODY
The Product is a work of horror-comedy fiction and satire. It may include parody, exaggerated scenarios, and unrealistic portrayals of religious themes, cults, supernatural events, and dark humor.
Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, real events, institutions, organizations, or situations is purely coincidental or used solely for fictional or satirical purposes.
The Product does not intend to represent reality, reflect real conduct, or depict real-world facts or entities.
6. CONTENT WARNING – MATURE THEMES AND HORROR
The Product contains mature, violent, and potentially disturbing content, including but not limited to: horror imagery, gore, cult themes, religious satire, supernatural violence, and dark comedy.
This content is intended solely for entertainment purposes and is not suitable for all audiences. The Product is intended for adult audiences only.
7. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF MATURE CONTENT
The User acknowledges that the Product contains intentionally disturbing, satirical, or potentially offensive material.
By accessing the Product, the User understands and agrees that:
Some content may be disturbing or uncomfortable for certain individuals
Such content is not intended to promote harm, discrimination, or illegal activity in the real world
The User accesses the Product voluntarily and at their own risk
The Developer does not recommend the Product to individuals sensitive to horror content, religious satire, gore, or dark humor.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the User agrees not to hold the Developer liable for subjective offense, emotional reactions, or personal interpretations of the content.
8. DISCLAIMER OF REAL-WORLD SIMILARITY

12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Developer from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from your use of the Product or breach of this Agreement.
13. TERMINATION
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you breach its terms.
14. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS
The Developer may update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Product constitutes acceptance of any changes.
15. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights established by European Union legislation.
16. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Developer with respect to the Product.
By installing or using the Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
