This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and 蜕壳场Molt Field (the "Developer") concerning Dream Within the Vessel (the "Game").
Please read this Agreement carefully before installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game. By installing, running, or using the Game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, do not install or use the Game.
1. License Grant
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game on Steam for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You do not own the Game. You are granted only a license to use the Game under the terms of this Agreement. All ownership, proprietary rights, and related intellectual property rights in the Game remain with the Developer.
2. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Game, including but not limited to source code, game systems, story, characters, art assets, music, sound effects, text content, trademarks, and logos, are owned by the Developer and are protected by applicable copyright laws and international treaties.
The Game may contain materials used under license from third parties (such as fonts, sound effects, and art assets). Ownership of such materials remains with their respective licensors and is subject to their applicable license terms.
3. Restrictions on Use
Unless expressly permitted by applicable law or with the Developer's prior written consent, you may not:
copy, distribute, rent, lease, resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Game;
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game;
remove or alter any copyright notice, trademark, or other proprietary marking in the Game;
use cheats, automation tools, exploit programs, or unauthorized third-party software to modify or interfere with the Game.
4. Streaming, Videos, and Fan Content
The Developer welcomes and permits you to:
stream or record the Game;
upload gameplay videos to video platforms;
create reviews, guides, memes, fan works, and similar content.
The above permission is worldwide, royalty-free, and requires no prior application. However, you may not claim ownership of the Game, nor may you redistribute the Game itself.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, comes with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
The Developer does not warrant that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. You use the Game at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Game, even if the Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Termination
If you violate any term of this Agreement, this Agreement will terminate automatically. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the Game, and destroy all copies in your possession.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
