END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Spare Models for the video game software "Bet it Up!", which includes all graphics, audio, code, texts, and any associated documentation (the "Game").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not install or use the Game.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Spare Models grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and play "Bet it Up!" strictly for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use, in accordance with the terms of this agreement and the rules of the Steam platform.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT
All intellectual property rights, titles, and copyrights in and to the Game (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, 3D models, characters, and scripts incorporated into the Game) are exclusively owned by Spare Models. The Game is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. This license does not grant you any ownership rights over the Game.
3. RESTRICTIONS OF USE
You agree NOT to:
- Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the Game.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the Game.
- Use the Game for any commercial, fraudulent, or illegal purpose.
- Create, distribute, or use cheats, hacks, bots, mods, or any unauthorized third-party tools that alter the gameplay experience or the Game's economy.
4. GAMBLING DISCLAIMER AND VIRTUAL CURRENCY
The Game "Bet it Up!" is an entertainment simulator with a casino theme. All references to betting, chips, money, slots, roulette, or blackjack within the Game use VIRTUAL CURRENCY WITH NO REAL-WORLD COMMERCIAL VALUE.
- Virtual currency cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or converted for real money, or any real-world goods or services.
- Success or performance in the simulated gambling games within the Game does not guarantee, reflect, or imply any future success at real-money casinos or gambling in the real world.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Spare Models does not warrant that the operation of the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spare Models shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Game.
6. TERMINATION
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically and without notice from Spare Models if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country of residence of the licensor (Spare Models), without giving effect to any choice of law principles.
