END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
This agreement is between you and Guangzhou Yichuan Game Development Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"), regarding your use of Let's Go! Curio Crew! ("the Game").
Please read this agreement before accepting it. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game. Refund requests for purchases through Steam are handled under the Steam Refund Policy and applicable law.
1. Permission to Use the Game
When you lawfully obtain access to the Game, you may install and play it for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to this agreement and the applicable Steam terms.
2. Intellectual Property
The Game's protected software, artwork, text, audio and other materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. This agreement does not transfer ownership of those materials to you. Separately licensed third-party components remain subject to their own license terms.
3. Restrictions
Unless permitted by applicable law or the relevant rights holder, you must not distribute unauthorized copies of the Game, sell or sublicense its files or assets, or remove ownership notices. You must not use the Game to infringe others' rights or intentionally disrupt other players' access to its multiplayer features.
4. Steam Services and Refunds
Your use of Steam is governed separately by the Steam Subscriber Agreement. Purchases and refund requests made through Steam are subject to Steam's applicable policies. This agreement does not replace those terms or restrict your rights under them.
5. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits any consumer right, remedy, guarantee or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
