Effective Date: September 9, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of Pay Your Deeds ("Game"), developed and published by an independent developer under the name Insiders Games and credited as Tamas "FATHER" Alex.

By installing, launching or using the Game, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.


Insiders Games grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and play the Game for personal entertainment, subject to this Agreement and the applicable terms of the platform through which you obtained it.

The Game is licensed, not sold. You do not acquire ownership of its source code, assets, intellectual property or other proprietary rights.


You may:

• Install and play the Game on devices you are authorized to use.
  
• Use supported Steam and platform features.
  
• Create and share screenshots, gameplay videos, reviews and livestreams.
  
• Monetize ordinary gameplay videos and livestreams through creator-platform advertising, subscriptions or donations.

Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not:

• Redistribute, sell, rent or commercially distribute unauthorized copies of the Game or its files.
  
• Upload the Game to unauthorized download or distribution services.
  
• Circumvent security, integrity or technical protection systems.
  
• Use or distribute cheats, bots or unauthorized tools intended to gain an unfair advantage.
  
• Fraudulently manipulate achievements, leaderboards, scores or progression.
  
• Remove or alter ownership or copyright notices.
  
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble protected components except where such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
  
• Use the Game or its files to distribute malware or harmful software.

Unauthorized modification of executable files or protected Game components is not officially supported unless Insiders Games provides or approves a modification system.

To the extent permitted by law, Insiders Games is not responsible for crashes, corrupted saves, lost progression or other problems caused by unauthorized modifications, cheats, altered files or unsupported third-party software.


The Game may use Steam or other platform services, including achievements, leaderboards, cloud saves and similar functionality.

These services are operated by their respective providers and remain subject to their own terms, policies and availability.

This Agreement supplements and does not replace the Steam Subscriber Agreement or other applicable Valve terms.


Insiders Games may release patches, bug fixes, balancing changes, compatibility updates, new content or other changes to the Game.

Gameplay systems, content, balance and technical requirements may change over time.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights.


The Game may store settings, progression and save data locally or through supported cloud services.

No storage system can guarantee protection against every instance of corruption, hardware failure, service outage or data loss.

To the extent permitted by law, Insiders Games is not responsible for data loss caused by unauthorized modifications, unsupported third-party software or circumstances outside the Developer's reasonable control.


Pay Your Deeds and its original software, gameplay content, text, graphics, audio, designs and branding are owned by the Developer or used under appropriate licenses.

Insiders Games is the public developer and publisher name associated with the Game.

Third-party software, libraries and licensed materials remain subject to the rights and licenses of their respective owners.

All rights not expressly granted under this Agreement are reserved.


Your license may be terminated if you materially violate this Agreement, subject to applicable law.

Termination does not remove consumer rights or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.


To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided without a guarantee that it will operate without interruption, bugs or compatibility issues on every hardware or software configuration.

Insiders Games is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from misuse of the Game, unauthorized modifications, unsupported third-party software or circumstances outside the Developer's reasonable control.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability, warranties or consumer rights where doing so would be prohibited by law.


Nothing in this Agreement waives or restricts mandatory consumer protection rights available under applicable law.

If any provision conflicts with mandatory law in your country or region, that mandatory law will prevail to the extent of the conflict.


This Agreement may be updated when reasonably necessary for legal, security, technical or Game-related reasons.

Where required by law, material changes will be communicated or presented for acceptance before becoming binding.


Questions regarding Pay Your Deeds or this Agreement may be submitted through the official Insiders Games support or community channels.
