PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR PLAYING THIS GAME. BY CLICKING "I AGREE," INSTALLING, OR USING THE GAME, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE GAME.


This EULA is a legal agreement between you ("Player" or "you") and Robot Riot UG (haftungsbeschränkt) ("Robot Riot", "we", "us") governing your use of the game ("Game") distributed via the Steam platform. This EULA supplements any terms imposed by Valve Corporation in connection with Steam. In case of conflict, the more restrictive terms apply.


Subject to this EULA, Robot Riot grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to install and play the Game solely for your personal, private, non-commercial use on devices you own or control. You acquire no ownership rights in the Game. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Robot Riot.

• You must be at least 13 years old to play the Game.
  
• You must be at least 18 years old to make real-money purchases. Players between 13 and 17 may only purchase with explicit parental or guardian consent.
  
• If you are under 16 years old, your parent or legal guardian must accept the data processing terms in Section 10 on your behalf.

You agree to abide by the following rules at all times:

• You may only use one account. You are solely responsible for your account credentials and all activity on your account.
  
• You may not use external programs, scripts, or bots to manipulate game statistics, automate gameplay, or increase Virtual Goods or Virtual Currency.
  
• You may not use insulting, offensive, politically insensitive, or inflammatory language in usernames, chat, or any in-game communication.
  
• Your username must not resemble the name of any Robot Riot staff, administrator, or support team member.
  
• You may not verbally attack, insult, harass, or abuse any other player in-game, in the forum, or in the chat system.
  
• You may not transfer, sell, or trade your account to another player for any consideration.
  
• You may not distribute or link to sexually explicit or pornographic content.
  
• You may not copy, transfer, or distribute any Game software or materials protected by copyright without prior written permission from Robot Riot.
  
• You may not exploit software bugs in the Game or share information about them with anyone other than Robot Riot.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without prior notice, at Robot Riot's sole discretion.


The Game may include virtual currency ("Virtual Currency") and virtual goods ("Virtual Goods") purchasable with real money.

• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
  
• Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services by Robot Riot or any third party.
  
• Robot Riot may modify, regulate, or remove any Virtual Currency or Virtual Goods at any time without liability.
  
• If your account is terminated due to an EULA violation, you forfeit all Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods without compensation.

Robot Riot reserves the right to change, update, or remove any part of the Game at any time without prior notice or liability, and to limit, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any of its services at its sole discretion.


The Game and all associated content (including graphics, code, audio, and text) are the exclusive property of Robot Riot and are protected by copyright and applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in this EULA grants you any rights to Robot Riot's trademarks or other intellectual property.


THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. ROBOT RIOT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Your only remedy for dissatisfaction with the Game is to stop using it.


TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ROBOT RIOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, OR DEVICE FAILURES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME, EVEN IF ROBOT RIOT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Robot Riot's total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to Robot Riot during the 100-day period ending on the date of your claim.


Robot Riot processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / DSGVO). We only collect data necessary for operating and improving the Game.


We store the following data on servers located within the EU:

• Platform Player ID and username (e.g. Steam, Facebook, Apple, Google, Amazon)
  
• Reference to your platform profile picture
  
• Purchase currency for your platform
  
• Player profile: XP, level, in-game inventory (items and currencies)
  
• History of all in-game actions and items used
  
• Current and past club memberships
  
• History of all in-game purchases, including payment IDs for platform verification
  
• Leaderboard rankings
  
• Contest winnings and daily login bonuses
  
• Ad reward records (mobile devices)
  
• Trophies earned
  
• Facebook friends also playing the Game

Data Retention: Player profiles inactive for more than 3 years are permanently deleted, including all associated inventory, progress, and currency.


We share data with the following service providers only as necessary:

(1) Facebook — If you use the "Share Photo" feature, your image and game information will be posted to your Facebook Timeline. This is entirely optional.

(2) GameAnalytics (London / Copenhagen / Beijing) — Pseudonymized in-game action data is shared for analytics and marketing. No personally identifiable contact information is transmitted.

(3) Rollbar, Inc. (San Francisco / Barcelona / Budapest) — Technical error data, potentially including your Player ID and other profile data, may be transmitted for error analysis.

(4) OneSignal (California, USA) — Used to deliver push notifications to mobile devices.

(5) Advertising Networks (mobile only):

• IronSource — IronSource Ltd, 28 Lilienblum, Tel Aviv 6513307, Israel. Data: device type, OS, IP address, Android ID/IDFA, time zone, language, connection type, geolocation, ad type and content, post-click data.
  
• AdMob / Google — Google Corporation, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA, USA. Data: online identifiers including cookies, IP addresses, device identifiers, and client identifiers.

Your consent to this data processing is required to play the Game. You may withdraw consent and delete your account at any time via the in-game settings menu. Deletion of your account results in permanent loss of all associated game data.

If you are under 16 years of age, your parent or legal guardian must provide consent on your behalf.


Robot Riot may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time if it reasonably believes you have violated this EULA, without prior notice and without liability. Upon termination, your license to use the Game ends immediately and you forfeit all Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods.


This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles.


If any provision of this EULA is found invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Robot Riot concerning the Game and supersedes all prior agreements. No third party has any right to enforce any provision of this EULA.
