This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and the Developer. By installing, copying, or using the software product "Choyo Girl Lilina Evolution" ("Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Grant of License
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with Valve Corporation's Steam platform policies.
2. Intellectual Property & Restrictions
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software (including but not limited to code, artwork, audio, music, story, and characters) are owned by the Developer.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, reproduce, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Software, in whole or in part.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.
4. Termination
Without prejudice to any other rights, the Developer may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with any of its terms. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.
