This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the rights holder and the person using "RUINA" (the "Product"). By installing or using the Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

### 1. Grant of License
The rights holder grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product.

### 2. Prohibited Acts
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Product;
- Extract or modify the Product's source code, assets, or other data;
- Publish, distribute, or otherwise use any information or assets obtained through the above without the rights holder's permission.

### 3. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Product is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. The rights holder shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Product.

### 4. Relationship to the Steam Subscriber Agreement
This Agreement supplements the Steam Subscriber Agreement. In the event of a conflict, the Steam Subscriber Agreement shall take precedence.
