BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, RUNNING, OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU EXPLICITLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

This Agreement is a legal contract between you (either an individual or a single entity, hereinafter "User") and Xenodrool Technologies SRL, a company registered in Romania (hereinafter "Licensor"), for the software product accompanying this Agreement, including any associated media, printed materials, and electronic documentation (collectively, the "Software").

Subject to your strict compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, and limited license to install and use the compiled, machine-readable object code version of the Software on compatible devices owned and operated exclusively by the individual User, granted strictly on a per-user basis, solely for your personal or internal business operations.

• Fair Use & Household Clarification: For non-commercial, personal use, reasonable installation and use across devices within the individual User’s immediate household (e.g., family members) is fully permitted and welcomed. This accommodation does not extend to commercial, corporate, or institutional environments, where a separate license must be acquired for each individual operator utilizing the Software.

The Software is licensed, not sold. You acknowledge and agree that Xenodrool Technologies SRL retains exclusive ownership of all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including but not limited to all source code, object code, assets, user interfaces, documentation, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights embedded therein or related thereto. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights or title in the Software.

You expressly agree that you will not, and will not permit, assist, or authorize any third party to:

• Modify or Alter: Modify, alter, adapt, translate, enhance, or create any derivative works or improvements based upon the Software or any part thereof.
  
• Distribute or Exploit: Copy, distribute, publish, rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, host, outsource, or otherwise commercially exploit or transfer the Software, its compiled binaries, or any portion of it to any third party.
  
• Reverse Engineer: Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, or attempt to derive, reconstruct, or discover the source code of the Software, except solely to the extent that such a restriction is explicitly prohibited by applicable mandatory statutory law.
  
• Remove Notices: Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, serial numbers, or other proprietary rights indicators contained on or within the Software.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Software is provided to you "AS IS" and with all faults, defects, and errors, without warranty of any kind. Xenodrool Technologies SRL hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement of third-party rights. Licensor does not warrant that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with any specific hardware or software configurations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Xenodrool Technologies SRL be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of data, loss of privacy, or any pecuniary loss) arising out of or in any way connected to the use of or inability to use the Software, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any case, Licensor's entire liability under any provision of this Agreement shall be limited to the actual amount paid by you for the Software license.

This Agreement is effective from the date you first download, install, or use the Software and shall remain in effect until terminated.

Your rights under this license will terminate automatically and immediately without notice from the Licensor if:
1. You fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement.
2. You request, receive, or initiate a financial refund, chargeback, or processing reversal of the purchase fee from the Merchant of Record or payment gateway.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and permanently delete or destroy all copies of the Software in your possession or control.

This Agreement, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter, shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bucharest, Romania.

If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to achieve as nearly as possible the economic effect of the original term, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
