End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the software project currently known as “Micestery Room” (“the Software”). By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to install and use the Software for personal, non‑commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted remain the property of the development team.
2. Intellectual Property
All content, assets, code, designs, and related materials included in the Software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission from the development team.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- reverse‑engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code;
- bypass security or technical protection measures;
- use the Software for unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
4. Updates & Changes
The Software is under active development. Features, content, and technical behavior may change without prior notice. Updates may modify or remove existing elements.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind. The development team makes no guarantees regarding stability, performance, or suitability for any particular purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the development team shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
7. Acceptance
