# END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User Licence Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("you" or "the User") and **Embercrest Interactive Ltd** ("Embercrest", "we", "us" or "our") concerning your use of the video game **Double Sixes**, including the game software, content, updates, patches, downloadable content and related materials (collectively, the "Game").
By installing, accessing or playing the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not install or use the Game.
## 1. Licence
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Embercrest Interactive Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
This licence does not transfer ownership of the Game or any intellectual property rights to you.
Your use of the Game may also be subject to the terms and conditions of the platform through which you obtained it, including Steam's applicable terms and policies.
## 2. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Game and all of its components, including but not limited to:
* Software and code
* Game mechanics and systems
* Characters
* Artwork and graphics
* Animations
* Audio and music
* Text and dialogue
* Logos and branding
* Game design and other content
are owned by, licensed to, or otherwise legally used by Embercrest Interactive Ltd and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited licence granted under this EULA, Embercrest Interactive Ltd retains all rights, title and interest in and to the Game and its intellectual property.
## 3. Restrictions
You may not, except where expressly permitted by applicable law:
* Copy, reproduce or redistribute the Game or its content;
* Sell, rent, lease, sublicense or commercially exploit the Game;
* Modify, adapt or create derivative works from the Game;
* Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Game;
* Attempt to obtain or extract the Game's source code;
* Remove or alter copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices;
* Use the Game or its assets to create or train commercial products without permission;
* Distribute extracted game assets, artwork, audio or other content separately from the Game;
* Use the Game's intellectual property for commercial purposes without written permission from Embercrest Interactive Ltd.
Nothing in this section prevents activities that cannot legally be restricted under applicable law.
## 4. Updates and Changes
Embercrest Interactive Ltd may release patches, updates, fixes or other changes to the Game from time to time.
Updates may modify, add or remove features, content or functionality.
We may also make reasonable changes to the Game where necessary for technical, security, legal or operational reasons.
## 5. User-Generated Content
If the Game allows you to create, upload or share user-generated content, you remain responsible for the content you create or submit.
You must not submit content that infringes another person's intellectual property rights, violates applicable laws, or contains malicious or harmful material.
Where necessary for the operation of the Game, you grant Embercrest Interactive Ltd a non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce and display such content for the purpose of providing the relevant Game features.
## 6. Third-Party Services
The Game may interact with or rely upon third-party services, platforms or software.
Your use of those services may be subject to the applicable terms and policies of the relevant third party.
Embercrest Interactive Ltd is not responsible for changes, interruptions or unavailability of third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.
## 7. Disclaimer
The Game is provided on an "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Embercrest Interactive Ltd makes no guarantee that the Game will always be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every hardware or software configuration.
We will, however, take reasonable steps to address significant technical issues that are identified after release.
## 8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Embercrest Interactive Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Game.
Nothing in this EULA excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
## 9. Termination
This licence will automatically terminate if you materially breach the terms of this EULA.
Upon termination, you must cease using the Game and delete any copies of the Game that you are legally required to remove.
Sections concerning intellectual property, restrictions, liability and any provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.
## 10. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by the laws of **England and Wales**, except where applicable consumer protection laws provide you with additional mandatory rights.
