The developer does not warrant that the software will operate without interruption, defects, errors, crashes, or loss of functionality.
Data and Backups
You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your projects, exported content, settings, and other data. The developer is not responsible for lost, corrupted, overwritten, inaccessible, or damaged files or data, regardless of the cause.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the software. This includes loss of data, content, projects, revenue, profits, business opportunities, productivity, hardware functionality, or computer availability, as well as system failures, crashes, corruption, incompatibility, or damage to devices or other software.
You install and use the software entirely at your own risk. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, the developer’s total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.
