This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and **Phillipe Sedycias de Queiroz, operating under the brand PHILSEQUE** ("Developer"), regarding your use of the video game **PHILSEQUE DIVISION** ("Game").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Game.
## 1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and the applicable Steam terms, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Game for your personal and non-commercial entertainment.
The Game is licensed, not sold. No ownership rights in the Game or its content are transferred to you.
## 2. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Game, including its source code, executable code, graphics, artwork, characters, environments, designs, audio, music, text, names, logos, gameplay elements, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to the Developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-party software, libraries, trademarks, and other third-party materials included in or used by the Game remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate license terms.
All rights not expressly granted under this Agreement are reserved.
## 3. Restrictions
Except where expressly permitted by applicable law or authorized in writing by the Developer, you may not:
* sell, rent, lease, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Game or any substantial part of it;
* reproduce or distribute extracted Game assets as standalone content;
* reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
* remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
* circumvent technological measures intended to protect the Game or its content;
* use the Game or its content in a manner that infringes the rights of the Developer or any third party.
Nothing in this section restricts rights that cannot legally be restricted under applicable law.
## 4. Updates and Changes
The Developer may provide patches, updates, balancing changes, bug fixes, performance improvements, new content, or other modifications to the Game.
Such updates may modify or replace features of the Game. The Developer does not guarantee that every feature or version of the Game will remain available indefinitely.
## 5. Steam and Third-Party Services
Your acquisition and use of the Game through Steam is also subject to the applicable agreements, rules, and policies established by Valve Corporation, including the Steam Subscriber Agreement.
Steam and other third-party services are operated independently of the Developer. The Developer is not responsible for interruptions, changes, or failures of third-party services outside the Developer's reasonable control.
## 6. Purchases and Refunds
Purchases made through Steam are processed by Steam and are subject to Steam's applicable purchasing and refund policies, as well as any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.
Nothing in this Agreement limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
## 7. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided "as is" and "as available."
The Developer does not guarantee that the Game will be completely free from errors, interruptions, incompatibilities, or defects.
This disclaimer does not exclude or limit warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
## 8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Game.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
## 9. Termination
This Agreement remains effective until terminated.
Your rights under this Agreement may terminate if you materially violate its terms. Upon termination, you must cease using any copies of the Game for which you no longer have a valid license.
Provisions concerning ownership, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability shall survive termination where applicable.
## 10. Applicable Law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in the User's country or jurisdiction of residence.
## 11. Changes to this Agreement
The Developer may update this Agreement when reasonably necessary to reflect changes to the Game, applicable laws, or services associated with the Game.
Material changes will apply in accordance with applicable law and the requirements of the platform through which the Game is distributed.
