# End User License Agreement (EULA)
## Low Budget Slots

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs the use of **Low Budget Slots** ("Game"). By installing, launching, or using the Game, you agree to the following terms.
### 1. License to Use
You are granted a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use Low Budget Slots for private purposes in accordance with this EULA and the terms of the platform through which the Game was obtained.
The Game or any of its components may not be sold, rented, distributed, reproduced, or otherwise commercially exploited without appropriate authorization.
### 2. Simulated Gambling
Low Budget Slots simulates slot machines for entertainment purposes only.
The Game does **not offer real-money gambling**. Players may win and lose virtual Coins while playing. Virtual Coins do not constitute real money, legal tender, or any other asset of monetary value.
Winnings obtained within the Game **cannot be exchanged or redeemed for real money, goods, services, cryptocurrencies, or any other items of value**.
Low Budget Slots therefore provides no means of winning or withdrawing real money.
### 3. Virtual Coins
Low Budget Slots uses a virtual in-game currency ("Coins").
Coins may be obtained through gameplay, in-game rewards, or optional purchases.
Regardless of how Coins are obtained:
* Coins have no monetary value outside the Game;
* Coins cannot be redeemed or withdrawn for real money;
* Coins cannot be exchanged for goods or services outside the Game;
* Coins may not be sold or traded between players for real money;
* Coins are generally non-transferable between user accounts.
Purchasing virtual Coins **does not constitute a deposit into a real-money gambling system**.
### 4. In-Game Purchases
Low Budget Slots may offer optional paid content, including virtual Coins and permanent Premium content.
Purchases made through the Steam version of the Game are processed using Steam's payment and transaction systems. Steam's applicable terms and conditions also apply to payment processing.
Prices, packages, and available content may change as the Game continues to be developed.
Purchasing virtual Coins or other virtual content does not provide a right to redeem such content for real money. Mandatory consumer rights and any applicable rights provided by the platform through which the purchase was made remain unaffected.
### 5. Premium Content
The Game may offer paid Premium content.
Where content is expressly described as "permanent", "lifetime", or similar, this refers to the entitlement being associated with the applicable user account for as long as the Game and the relevant service remain available.
Premium content does not constitute an asset of monetary value and cannot be redeemed for real money or traded between players.
### 6. User Accounts and Online Features
Certain features of Low Budget Slots may require a user account or an internet connection.
Online features may include player profiles, stored Coin balances, leaderboards, purchases, and other online functionality.
Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials against unauthorized access.
### 7. Leaderboards
The Game may include public or in-game leaderboards.
Leaderboard positions and any Coins, scores, or values displayed on them have no monetary value and do not provide any entitlement to cash or physical prizes unless explicitly stated otherwise as part of a separately announced promotion.
### 8. Manipulation and Abuse
The following activities are prohibited, including but not limited to:
* Manipulating Coin balances or other game data;
* Exploiting bugs or security vulnerabilities to gain an unauthorized advantage;
* Manipulating leaderboards;
* Using unauthorized software to interfere with or modify the Game;
* Circumventing purchasing, account, or security systems;
* Fraudulent purchases or payment manipulation.
In the event of serious or repeated violations, reasonable measures may be taken, including correcting obviously manipulated game progress or, where legally and technically permitted, restricting access to online functionality.
### 9. Early Access
Low Budget Slots may be offered as an Early Access title while development is ongoing.
Early Access versions may contain bugs, incomplete features, balancing issues, or other unfinished elements. Gameplay mechanics, user interfaces, content, and other components may change during development.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, there is no guarantee that any particular announced or planned feature will be included in a future version of the Game.
### 10. Updates and Changes
The Game may be updated and further developed over time. This may result in changes to gameplay mechanics, balancing, slot machines, virtual items, and online features.
Changes affecting purchased content will be made subject to applicable mandatory consumer rights.
### 11. Intellectual Property
Low Budget Slots and its associated graphics, designs, software components, text, names, and other content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
This EULA does not transfer ownership of the Game or any of its components to the user.
### 12. Privacy
Personal data may be processed when using online features.

### 13. Liability and Statutory Rights
Mandatory statutory liability and consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
Nothing in this EULA is intended to exclude or restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under the laws applicable to the user.
### 14. Termination
Users may stop using the Game and uninstall it at any time.
In the event of material violations of this EULA, access to certain online features may be restricted or other reasonable measures may be taken where legally permitted.
### 15. Changes to this EULA
This EULA may be updated where necessary due to new features, legal requirements, or changes to the Game.
Material changes will be communicated in an appropriate manner where required by applicable law.
### 16. Final Provisions
In addition to this EULA, the terms and conditions of the platform through which Low Budget Slots is purchased and used apply.
Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the user has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
