End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License
Q-RI PRODUCTIONS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Q-Rely: AI Friend ("the Software") for personal and lawful purposes, subject to this Agreement.
2. Ownership
The Software, including its code, original assets, and other content created by Q-RI PRODUCTIONS, is owned by or licensed to Q-RI PRODUCTIONS and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not sell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise make the Software itself available to third parties without permission.
3. User-Added Content
The Software allows users to add and use their own images, AI models, voices, and other content.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use any content you add to the Software.
Q-RI PRODUCTIONS does not claim ownership of content provided by users.
4. Third-Party Software and Content
The Software may include or use third-party software, libraries, AI models, voice synthesis engines, and other components.
Such components are subject to their respective licenses and terms of use. Where required, applicable third-party notices and license information are provided with the Software.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that infringes the rights of others.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Software, except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
6. Disclaimer
The Software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Q-RI PRODUCTIONS does not guarantee that the Software will operate without errors, interruptions, or compatibility issues on every system.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Q-RI PRODUCTIONS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from or related to the use of the Software.
8. Changes to This Agreement
Q-RI PRODUCTIONS may update this Agreement when necessary. The updated version will be made available to users through an appropriate channel.
9. Termination
This license automatically terminates if you materially breach this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using the Software.
