END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and DreamAgain Studios / DreamAgain Network ("DreamAgain," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the video game DreamAgain Adventures: Emperor Sin & King Pop Strike Force, including the game software, downloadable content, updates, patches, digital features, artwork, characters, audio, music, story content, and related services (collectively, the "Game").
By installing, accessing, purchasing, downloading, or playing the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not install, access, or use the Game.
2. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, DreamAgain grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the Game on devices or platforms that you own or control and that are authorized to run the Game.
This license allows you to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes unless DreamAgain has expressly authorized another use in writing.
The Game is licensed, not sold, to you.
3. OWNERSHIP
The Game and all associated intellectual property are owned by DreamAgain or its licensors.
This includes, without limitation:
• Game software and source code;
• Characters and character designs;
• Names, logos, trademarks, and branding;
• Storylines and fictional worlds;
• Artwork, graphics, animations, and visual effects;
• Music, sound effects, and voice recordings;
• Dialogue and written content;
• Game mechanics and audiovisual presentation;
• Digital items and downloadable content;
• Marketing materials and promotional assets.
Except for the limited license expressly granted in this Agreement, no ownership rights are transferred to you.
4. GAME CONTENT AND CHARACTERS
DreamAgain Adventures: Emperor Sin & King Pop Strike Force may contain fictional characters, locations, organizations, events, stories, and other creative elements.
Any resemblance to real persons, organizations, or events that is not expressly intended by DreamAgain is coincidental.
The Game's characters, including Emperor Sin and King Pop, are fictional entertainment properties unless otherwise expressly stated by DreamAgain.
5. RESTRICTIONS
You may not, except where expressly permitted by applicable law or by DreamAgain in writing:
1. Copy, reproduce, or distribute the Game;
2. Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer the Game or your license;
3. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code;
4. Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the Game;
5. Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
6. Circumvent security, anti-cheat, DRM, or other technical protections;
7. Use cheats, hacks, bots, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software;
8. Use the Game to operate or promote an unauthorized commercial service;
9. Extract or redistribute Game assets, characters, artwork, music, or other content;
10. Use DreamAgain intellectual property to create merchandise without written authorization.
Nothing in this Agreement is intended to restrict rights that cannot legally be restricted under applicable law.
6. UPDATES AND PATCHES
DreamAgain may release patches, updates, upgrades, balancing changes, security updates, or other modifications to the Game.
You agree that the Game may automatically download and install updates when supported by your platform.
DreamAgain may modify, add, remove, or discontinue Game features when reasonably necessary for development, security, maintenance, legal compliance, or other legitimate business purposes.
7. ONLINE FEATURES
Certain features of the Game may require an internet connection or an account with a third-party platform.
DreamAgain does not guarantee that online features will always be available.
Online services may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, security issues, network interruptions, or circumstances outside DreamAgain's reasonable control.
8. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
If the Game allows you to create, upload, submit, or share content ("User Content"), you retain ownership of your original User Content to the extent provided by applicable law.
By submitting User Content through the Game, you grant DreamAgain a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, and use that User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, improve, and provide the Game and related services.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit the User Content and that it does not unlawfully infringe another person's rights.
DreamAgain may remove User Content that violates this Agreement, applicable law, or reasonable community standards.
9. COMMUNITY CONDUCT
When using online or community features, you agree not to:
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other players;
• Impersonate DreamAgain employees, representatives, or other users;
• Upload malicious software or harmful content;
• Cheat or manipulate gameplay;
• Exploit security vulnerabilities;
• Use hate speech or unlawful discriminatory content;
• Engage in fraud or scams;
• Disrupt Game servers or other players' experiences;
• Violate applicable laws or third-party platform rules.
DreamAgain may suspend or terminate access to online features for violations of these requirements.
10. DIGITAL ITEMS AND VIRTUAL CONTENT
The Game may include virtual currencies, cosmetic items, characters, upgrades, downloadable content, or other digital features ("Virtual Content").
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, Virtual Content does not represent real-world currency or property and has no cash value outside the Game.
Virtual Content may not be sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for real-world money unless DreamAgain expressly provides such functionality.
DreamAgain reserves the right to modify Virtual Content, including its availability, functionality, pricing, or characteristics.
11. PURCHASES AND THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
Purchases made through Steam, Epic Games Store, PlayStation Network, Xbox, Nintendo, Apple, Google Play, or another third-party platform may be subject to that platform's separate terms, policies, refund rules, and privacy practices.
DreamAgain does not control the policies of third-party platforms.
Where applicable, refunds will be handled according to the policies of the platform through which the Game was purchased, as well as applicable consumer protection laws.
12. PRIVACY
Your use of the Game may involve the collection and processing of information as described in DreamAgain's applicable Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy should be reviewed together with this Agreement.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND TRADEMARKS
"DreamAgain," "DreamAgain Adventures," "Emperor Sin," "King Pop," "King Pop Strike Force," associated logos, characters, artwork, and other identifying marks may constitute trademarks, service marks, copyrights, or other intellectual property of DreamAgain or its licensors.
You may not use these marks in a manner that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, ownership, or affiliation with DreamAgain without prior written permission.
14. FAN CONTENT AND STREAMING
Unless DreamAgain publishes separate guidelines stating otherwise, you may create gameplay videos, livestreams, screenshots, reviews, commentary, and other transformative fan content featuring the Game for non-commercial purposes.
You may monetize gameplay videos or livestreams through generally recognized video-platform monetization programs, provided that your content complies with this Agreement, applicable law, and the applicable platform's rules.
DreamAgain reserves the right to withdraw or modify this permission upon reasonable notice where necessary.
15. DISCLAIMERS
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
DREAMAGAIN DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES NOT EXPRESSLY REQUIRED BY LAW, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
DREAMAGAIN DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT:
• THE GAME WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE;
• THE GAME WILL BE ERROR-FREE;
• ALL BUGS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED;
• ONLINE FEATURES WILL ALWAYS OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION; OR
• THE GAME WILL WORK WITH EVERY DEVICE, PLATFORM, OR SYSTEM CONFIGURATION.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DREAMAGAIN AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE GAME.
WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, DREAMAGAIN'S TOTAL LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE GAME DURING THE 12-MONTH PERIOD PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
17. TERMINATION
This Agreement remains effective until terminated.
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling and permanently deleting the Game and all copies in your possession or control.
DreamAgain may terminate or suspend your license if you materially violate this Agreement or where termination is required by law.
Upon termination, you must stop using the Game and delete copies of the Game in your possession or control.
Sections concerning ownership, intellectual property, restrictions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute resolution, and other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
18. CHILDREN AND AGE REQUIREMENTS
The Game may have an age rating established by the applicable rating authority or distribution platform.
You are responsible for complying with applicable age requirements and obtaining any necessary parental or guardian permission.
If you are under the age required to legally agree to this Agreement in your jurisdiction, you should review this Agreement with a parent or legal guardian.
19. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
DreamAgain may update this Agreement from time to time.
If material changes are made, DreamAgain may provide notice through the Game, its website, an applicable platform, or another reasonable method.
Your continued use of the Game after the effective date of an updated Agreement constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement to the extent permitted by applicable law.
20. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Delaware USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
Any dispute-resolution provisions should be reviewed and customized by qualified legal counsel based on where DreamAgain operates and where the Game is distributed.
21. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
22. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement, together with any applicable Privacy Policy, platform terms, purchase terms, and additional terms expressly incorporated into the Game, constitutes the entire agreement between you and DreamAgain regarding your use of the Game.
