This End User License Agreement ("EULA") explains the terms under which you may use and play THE WRONG WAY ROUND (the "Game"), developed and published by a2020 Studio ("we", "us", or "Publisher").
By installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use the Game.
1. LICENSE
Subject to this EULA and your purchase of the Game through an authorized platform, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and play the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
You do not acquire ownership of the Game. All rights not expressly granted to you under this EULA are reserved by the Publisher.
Your purchase of the Game is also subject to the terms and conditions of the platform through which you obtained it, such as Steam or another authorized storefront.
2. THE GAME
THE WRONG WAY ROUND is a video game developed and published by a2020 Studio.
The Game may be played using features and services provided by third parties, including digital distribution platforms, online services, or other technology providers. Your use of such services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.
We may update, modify, improve, or otherwise change the Game from time to time. Updates may add, remove, or change features, content, mechanics, or technical requirements.
We do not guarantee that every feature of the Game will remain available indefinitely.
3. OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Game and all of its content are owned by or licensed to the Publisher and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
This includes, without limitation:
- the Game's software and source code;
- characters and character designs;
- story, dialogue and written content;
- environments, locations and world design;
- 3D models, textures, animations and visual effects;
- music, sounds and voice recordings;
- logos, trademarks and branding;
- artwork, promotional materials and other Game assets.
You may not copy, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, modify, reproduce, or commercially exploit the Game or its content except as expressly permitted by this EULA or applicable law.
Nothing in this EULA transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
4. PROHIBITED USE
You may not:
distribute, resell, rent, lease, sublicense or commercially exploit the Game;
copy or reproduce the Game or its assets except where permitted by law;
attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent technical protection measures;
reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, except to the extent such activity cannot legally be restricted;
use cheats, exploits, hacks, unauthorized software, or other methods intended to interfere with the Game or other players;
use the Game or its content to infringe the rights of others or violate applicable law;
impersonate the Publisher or falsely suggest that you are affiliated with or endorsed by the Publisher.
Nothing in this section prevents uses that are expressly permitted by applicable law.
5. GAMEPLAY VIDEOS, STREAMING AND SCREENSHOTS
We encourage players to share their experiences with THE WRONG WAY ROUND.
You may create and publish gameplay videos, livestreams, screenshots, reviews, guides, and similar content featuring the Game, including on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch and other social media platforms.
You may monetize such content through the ordinary monetization systems provided by those platforms, provided that your content does not otherwise violate this EULA or applicable law.
All sounds, music, voice recordings, sound effects, and other audio included in the Game may be included in your gameplay videos and livestreams and may be streamed, broadcast, or otherwise publicly shared on such platforms.
You may not present your content as being officially created, endorsed, sponsored, or published by us when that is not the case.
6. UPDATES AND AVAILABILITY
We may provide patches, updates, fixes, improvements, or other changes to the Game.
Certain updates may be required for the Game to continue functioning or to access particular features.
The Game is provided on an "as available" basis. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the Game, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every future hardware or software configuration.
If the Game includes online functionality, we may modify, suspend, or discontinue particular online features when reasonably necessary, including for technical, security, legal, or operational reasons.
7. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties other than those that cannot legally be excluded.
We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, completely secure, or free from errors or defects.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Game.
Nothing in this EULA excludes or limits any liability, warranty, consumer right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
8. TERMINATION
This EULA remains effective while you use the Game.
We may terminate or suspend your license to use the Game if you materially violate this EULA or use the Game in an unlawful or unauthorized manner.
If your license is terminated, you must stop using the Game and delete copies of the Game that you control, except where keeping a copy is required or permitted by applicable law.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that by their nature should survive termination.
9. CHANGES TO THIS EULA
We may update this EULA from time to time.
When we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify players through the Game, our website, or another appropriate method.
Your continued use of the Game after an updated EULA becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This EULA shall be governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the mandatory laws applicable to you.
