END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
ASCEND IDLE: CHRONICLES
1. Grant of License: Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Ascend Idle: Chronicles for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
2. Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in and to the game (including code, graphics, text, and audio) are owned by the developer. All rights are reserved.
3. Restrictions: You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the game, nor use it for any unauthorized or commercial purposes.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty: The game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
5. Limitation of Liability: The developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the game.
