This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between Neuralflux Inc.
("Company") and you, for the software product "Irida" ("Software").
By installing or using the Software, you agree to this Agreement.

1. LICENSE GRANT. The Company grants you a personal, non-exclusive,
non-transferable license to install and use the Software on devices
associated with your Steam account, for personal or commercial use.

2. RESTRICTIONS. You may not: (a) copy, distribute, rent, lease, sell or
sublicense the Software; (b) reverse engineer, decompile or
disassemble the Software except to the extent permitted by
applicable law; (c) remove copyright or trademark notices.

3. OWNERSHIP. The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title and
interest in the Software remain with the Company. Content you create
with the Software belongs to you.

4. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS. The Software includes third-party components
under their own licenses; notices are included with the Software
(THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES). The user interface is built with the Slint
toolkit under its royalty-free license.

5. AI FEATURES. The Software provides on-device AI features (image
generation, generative fill and AI image editing, live paint assist,
background removal, upscaling). Image-generation models are optional
downloads distributed by their authors under their own licenses;
you are responsible for complying with those licenses. All AI
processing runs locally on your device; the Company does not receive
your images or prompts. You must not use the Software to create
illegal content, including any sexual content involving minors, or
content that infringes the rights of others. You are solely
responsible for content you generate and for complying with
applicable laws and third-party rights.

6. UPDATES. The Company may provide updates that modify or remove
features. This Agreement applies to all updates.

7. NO WARRANTY. The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of
any kind. Back up your work; the Company is not responsible for
loss of data.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. To the maximum extent permitted by law,
the Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid
for the Software.

9. TERMINATION. This Agreement terminates automatically if you breach
it; upon termination you must stop using the Software.

10. GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the
Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction
of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
