QBLOX – End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant
By installing or playing QBLOX, you are granted a personal, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to use the game software for private entertainment purposes. You do not own the software; you are licensed to use it.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
• Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to access the source code.
• Distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or publicly display the game without permission.
• Use cheats, automation tools, exploits, or unauthorized third party software that affects gameplay.
• Circumvent any technical protection or online systems.
3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in QBLOX—including code, design, mechanics, visuals, audio, and branding—belong exclusively to the developer. No part of the game may be reused or repurposed without explicit written permission.
4. User Generated Content (If Applicable)
If the game allows players to create or share content, you retain ownership of your creations but grant the developer a worldwide, royalty free license to display, distribute, or use that content within QBLOX and related services.
5. Early Access Disclaimer
QBLOX may launch in Early Access. Features, mechanics, visuals, and performance may change over time. You understand that the game may contain bugs, incomplete systems, or experimental content.
6. Online Features
If QBLOX includes online components, the developer may modify, suspend, or discontinue online services at any time. The developer is not responsible for connectivity issues or third party platform outages.
7. Data & Privacy
QBLOX may collect minimal technical data (device info, performance metrics, crash logs) solely to improve the game. No personal data is sold or shared with third parties.
8. Termination
This license automatically terminates if you violate any part of the EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the game.
9. No Warranty
QBLOX is provided “as is” without any guarantees of performance, stability, or compatibility. The developer is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the game.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Türkiye, unless Steam’s regional policies require otherwise.
11. Acceptance
By installing, launching, or playing QBLOX, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this EULA.
