Welcome to T-Shirt Kingdom. Given that this game provides highly flexible pixel-level creation tools, in order to protect the developers, the player community, and the legal rights of third parties, you must agree to and abide by the following terms regarding User-Generated Content (UGC) before you begin playing and creating:
1. Freedom of Creation and Boundaries
We encourage players to unleash their imagination to design and create. However, a high degree of freedom comes with corresponding responsibilities. When using the in-game tools to create, you must strictly adhere to the following rules:
- No Infringement: You may not create, upload, or share any content that infringes upon the copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights of any third party (e.g., directly copying copyrighted anime characters, commercial brand logos, etc.).
- No Illegal or Objectionable Content: You may not create content that contains hate speech, racial discrimination, extreme violence, explicit sexual material, incitement to crime, or any content that violates applicable local or international laws and regulations.
- Respect the Community: Do not maliciously post content that is harassing, abusive, or disruptive to the gaming community environment.
2. Intellectual Property and Licensing
- Your Ownership: You retain full ownership of any completely original UGC you create within the game.
- License to Us: By creating and saving/sharing UGC within the game, you grant T-Shirt Kingdom and its developers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your creations within the game, as well as to reasonably use these contents in game-related promotional materials (we will credit the creator whenever possible).
3. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
- Creator's Sole Responsibility: You bear full legal responsibility for all UGC you create. The developer is not responsible for the legality, accuracy, or appropriateness of any user-generated content.
- Indemnification: If your UGC results in any lawsuit, claim, or liability against the developer by a third party, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developer from any resulting damages, losses, or expenses.
4. Right to Review and Remove
- The developer reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to remove, modify, or hide any UGC deemed to violate this agreement, cause legal disputes, or disrupt the game environment.
- For players who repeatedly or seriously violate this policy, the developer reserves the right to ban their game accounts or restrict their creative features.
5. Copyright Infringement Claims (DMCA)
If you believe that any content within the game infringes upon your copyright, please submit a copyright infringement notice through our official channels. We will process it in accordance with applicable laws (such as the DMCA).
