1. License
Hockey Fire is licensed, not sold, to you.
Subject to this EULA and the terms of the platform through which you obtained the game, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Hockey Fire for personal and non-commercial use.
This license does not transfer ownership of the game or any of its intellectual property to you.
2. Intellectual Property
Hockey Fire, including its name, code, artwork, graphics, models, audio, music, characters, logos, and other original content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
All rights not expressly granted under this EULA are reserved by the respective rights holders.
3. Restrictions
You may not, except where expressly permitted by applicable law:
* Copy, reproduce, redistribute, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or publicly distribute the game or its files.
* Upload or make the game available for unauthorized download or distribution.
* Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with technical protections or security features.
* Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the game, except where such activity cannot legally be restricted.
4. Updates and Changes
Hockey Fire may receive updates, patches, improvements, balance changes, new content, or other modifications.
Features may be changed, replaced, suspended, or removed as the game evolves.
Future features or services are not guaranteed and may depend on technical, development, or other circumstances.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
Hockey Fire is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
While reasonable efforts are made to maintain and improve the game, Hockey Fire may contain bugs, errors, performance issues, compatibility problems, or other technical issues, and error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer of Hockey Fire be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of progress, or damage to hardware, arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the game.
7. Current and Future Features
Hockey Fire is currently designed primarily for local multiplayer gameplay.
Online multiplayer or other features may be introduced in the future. Any future feature is subject to availability and may require additional changes to the game or its systems.
8. Third-Party Content
Hockey Fire may contain software, libraries, assets, audio, or other materials provided by third parties.
Such materials remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.
9. Age Requirement
By accepting this EULA, you confirm that you meet the minimum age required by the laws of your country to accept this type of agreement, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to do so.
10. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the game and destroy any copies in your possession.
11. Changes to This EULA
This EULA may be updated when necessary, including due to changes to the game, its features, applicable laws, or other relevant circumstances.
If an updated version requires your renewed acceptance, you may be asked to review and accept the new version before continuing to use the game.
12. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except where the terms of the platform through which you obtained the game require otherwise.
13. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the developer regarding Hockey Fire and supersedes any prior agreements, whether written or oral. If any provision of this EULA is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Acceptance
