RE-LIBRARY INTERACTIVE SERVICES & RLB3X SOFTWARE TERMS OF USE (2025-2027)
1. PARTIES AND AGREEMENT This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between the user ("User" or "You") and Re-Library ("Platform") regarding the use of software, games, and RLB3X integrated services. By executing "anti.exe" or accessing any RLB3X-supported software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
2. DATA COLLECTION AND TELEMETRY The User hereby grants explicit consent for RLB3X services to collect and process the following data for the purposes of system stability, security, and anti-cheat verification:
System Specifications: Device name, Operating System (OS) version, hardware components (CPU, GPU, RAM), and API versions (DirectX, Vulkan, OpenGL).
Network and Location: IP address, general geographic location, and precise date/time stamps.
Account Information: Re-Library account credentials and integrated 3rd party service information (e.g., Londer Software).
Application Monitoring: Detection of background processes and active applications while RLB3X-supported software is running to ensure environment integrity.
3. SECURITY AND ANTIVIRUS PROTOCOLS RLB3X services reserve the right to verify the status of the User’s antivirus software and system security configurations. This procedure is strictly limited to ensuring that the software environment is secure and free from external interference or malicious injections.
4. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING Collected data shall be utilized to:
Optimize and deliver software updates.
Analyze crash reports and technical bugs.
Enhance server performance.
Prevent fraudulent activities and maintain a fair play environment. Re-Library commits to protecting user privacy and will not disclose this data to third parties for commercial gain, except as required by law.
5. PROHIBITED CONDUCT Any attempt to manipulate, modify, or tamper with the software’s source code, media assets, data packets, or binary files is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the software.
Utilizing third-party cheats, scripts, or automation tools (macros).
Unauthorized distribution of internal data.
6. ENFORCEMENT AND TERMINATION Violation of Section 5 will result in immediate and irreversible disciplinary action, including:
Permanent IP Ban: Permanent restriction of access to all Re-Library services.
Account Termination: Permanent suspension of Re-Library and associated Londer Software accounts.
Legal Action: Re-Library reserves the right to seek damages for intellectual property infringement and breach of contract.
7. AMENDMENTS Re-Library reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the services following any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of the new terms. The most current version is available at https://www.re-library.org/Agreement.txt
