PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR PLAYING JUICICORA (THE
"GAME"), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (THE
"AGREEMENT"). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL OR PLAY THE GAME, AND (IF APPLICABLE)
REQUEST A REFUND THROUGH THE STORE FROM WHICH YOU OBTAINED IT WITHIN ITS REFUND POLICY.

This Agreement is between you and **Kofi Shang** ("Developer," "we," "us"), the developer
and publisher of the Game. Contact: **support@juicicora.com**.

## 1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Developer grants you a personal,
limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game
on devices you own or control, for your private, non-commercial entertainment use only.

The Game is **licensed, not sold**. You own the media or account entitlement through which
you access the Game; you do not acquire any ownership of the Game itself or any of its
content.

Streaming, video creation, and other fan content using Game footage is permitted and
encouraged for personal and ad-supported/partner-monetized channels (e.g., YouTube,
Twitch), provided you do not claim the Game as your own work or use it to promote cheats,
hate, or illegal activity.

## 2. Store Platform Terms

The Game is distributed through Valve Corporation's Steam platform. Your use of Steam,
including multiplayer connectivity, friends, invites, and lobbies, is additionally
governed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement and Valve's policies. This Agreement does not
replace those terms; where they apply to the platform, they control the platform.

## 3. Restrictions

You may not, and may not assist or enable others to:

- copy (except as reasonably required to play or back up), sell, rent, lease, sublicense,
or otherwise redistribute the Game or access to it;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the Game or its
underlying engine, except to the extent such a restriction is prohibited by applicable
law;
- use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods that provide an unfair
advantage, or any unauthorized third-party software that intercepts, emulates, or
modifies the Game or its network traffic;
- interfere with or disrupt other players' sessions, servers, or peer-to-peer
connections, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other players' machines or
accounts;
- remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
- use the Game for any commercial purpose (other than permitted streaming/video content
under Section 1) or any unlawful purpose.

## 4. Beta / In-Development Software

The Game is under active development. You acknowledge that the Game may contain bugs,
errors, incomplete features, and defects; that saved progress, characters ("souls"),
items, and worlds may be changed, reset, corrupted, or lost during updates; and that
features may be added, changed, or removed at any time without notice. You accept the
Game "as is" in its current state of development.

Multiplayer requires all participants to run compatible versions of the Game; sessions
between mismatched versions may be unavailable by design.

## 5. Online Play and Conduct

The Game includes online multiplayer using peer-to-peer connections relayed through the
Steam network. When playing online:

- Your Steam display name, chosen in-game name, character appearance, and gameplay
actions are visible to other players in your session.
- You agree to treat other players with basic decency. Harassment, hate speech, threats,
impersonation, offensive names, and disruptive behavior are prohibited.
- World hosts may remove (kick) players from their session, and any player may block
another in-game. The Developer may, at their sole discretion, take action in response
to reports sent to support@juicicora.com, up to and including refusing future support.
- You are responsible for your own conduct and your own network connection. The
Developer does not operate dedicated game servers and does not monitor sessions in
real time; online sessions are hosted by players, and the Developer is not responsible
for the conduct of any player or the content of any player-hosted session.

## 6. User Names and Content

You are solely responsible for any name, text, or other content you enter into the Game.
You grant the Developer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display that
content to other players as part of operating the Game (for example, showing your soul
name and character to session members). Content that is illegal, infringing, or violates
Section 5 may result in removal or other action.

## 7. Virtual Items and Currency

All in-game items, currency (including gems), cosmetics, characters, progress, and
unlocks ("Virtual Items") exist only within the Game, have no monetary value, cannot be
redeemed for money, and may not be sold or transferred outside the Game. The Developer
may modify, rebalance, or remove Virtual Items at any time. You have no property interest
in Virtual Items — only a limited license to use them within the Game while this
Agreement is in effect.

## 8. Privacy and Data

The Game does not require creation of a separate account and does not collect payment
information (purchases are handled entirely by Steam). To operate, the Game processes:

- your Steam ID and Steam display name (for multiplayer sessions, friends lists,
invites, and lobbies, via Steam's systems);
- locally stored save data and settings on your device;
- information you voluntarily include in support or report emails (which may include a
reported player's name, Steam ID, and session details).

The Developer does not sell your personal information. Steam's handling of your data is
governed by Valve's privacy policy.

## 9. Updates and Discontinuation

The Developer may provide patches, updates, and content changes, which may be applied
automatically through Steam and may be required for continued play (especially online
play). The Developer reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Game or any of its
features (including online features) at any time. Because multiplayer is peer-to-peer via
Steam, online play also depends on the continued availability of Steam's services, which
the Developer does not control.

## 10. Intellectual Property

The Game and all of its content — including code, art, characters, names, music, sound,
text, design, and the "Juicicora" name — are owned by the Developer or their licensors
and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. All rights not
expressly granted to you are reserved.

## 11. Third-Party Software and Engine

The Game uses Unreal® Engine. Unreal® is a trademark or registered trademark of Epic
Games, Inc. in the United States of America and elsewhere. Unreal® Engine, Copyright
1998 – 2026, Epic Games, Inc. All rights reserved.

The Game includes third-party software components subject to their own license terms and
notices. Epic Games, Inc. and the Developer's other licensors (a) do not make any
warranty of any kind with respect to the Game, (b) disclaim all liability to you arising
from your use of the Game to the maximum extent permitted by law, and (c) are intended
third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement solely with respect to the disclaimers,
restrictions, and limitations of liability in it.

## 12. Health and Safety

A small percentage of people may experience seizures or blackouts when exposed to certain
light patterns or flashing images, including in video games, even with no prior history.
If you or anyone in your household has an epileptic condition, consult a doctor before
playing. Stop playing immediately and consult a doctor if you experience dizziness,
altered vision, eye or muscle twitches, loss of awareness, disorientation, involuntary
movement, or convulsions. Take regular breaks during play.

## 13. Age

The Game is not directed at children under 13. If you are between 13 and the age of legal
majority where you live, you may only use the Game if your parent or legal guardian has
reviewed and agreed to this Agreement on your behalf.

## 14. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS
AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL
WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF
DEALING OR USAGE. THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED,
ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT SAVED DATA WILL NOT BE LOST.

## 15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (A) IN NO EVENT WILL THE DEVELOPER BE
LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE
DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, SAVED GAMES, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR
RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE GAME, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGES; AND (B) THE DEVELOPER'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO
THIS AGREEMENT OR THE GAME WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE GAME IN
THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR TEN U.S. DOLLARS (US $10), WHICHEVER IS
GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of
certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in this Agreement
excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law,
including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or gross
negligence, or your statutory consumer rights (see Section 19).

## 16. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold
harmless the Developer from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable
attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of this Agreement, your violation of law, or
your online conduct toward other players. This Section does not apply to the extent
prohibited by consumer-protection law where you live.

## 17. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach
it. Upon termination, you must stop playing and uninstall the Game. Sections 7, 10, 11,
and 14–21 survive termination. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as
required by law or the store's refund policy.

## 18. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

**Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights. It does not apply
where prohibited by law (see Section 19).**

**Informal resolution first.** Before filing any claim, you agree to contact the
Developer at support@juicicora.com with a description of the dispute and give the
Developer thirty (30) days to resolve it informally. Most concerns can be resolved this
way.

**Binding arbitration.** If a dispute is not resolved informally, you and the Developer
agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Game will be
resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration
provider under its consumer rules, rather than in court, except that either party may (a)
bring an individual claim in small-claims court, or (b) seek injunctive relief for
intellectual-property infringement in court.

**Class action waiver.** ALL DISPUTES MUST BE BROUGHT IN THE PARTIES' INDIVIDUAL
CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR
REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's
claims.

**Opt-out.** You may opt out of this arbitration agreement and class action waiver by
emailing support@juicicora.com within thirty (30) days of first accepting this Agreement,
with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and your Steam account name. Opting out does
not affect any other part of this Agreement.

## 19. Consumer Rights; Governing Law

If you are a consumer in the European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, or
another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer-protection laws, nothing in this Agreement
limits or excludes rights you have under those laws (including statutory guarantees and
the right to bring claims in your local courts where those laws so provide), and
Section 18 applies to you only to the extent permitted by the law of your country of
residence.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of **[STATE / COUNTRY — fill in where you are
based]**, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except that consumers retain the
protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence.
Subject to Section 18, courts located in **[STATE / COUNTRY]** have jurisdiction over any
dispute not subject to arbitration.

## 20. Changes to this Agreement

The Developer may update this Agreement from time to time (for example, when new features
launch). The updated version will be posted with the Game and/or its store page with an
updated "Last updated" date, and material changes will be reasonably communicated (for
example, via patch notes). Your continued play after an update takes effect constitutes
acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree, your remedy is to stop playing
the Game.

## 21. General

If any provision of this Agreement is held unenforceable, it will be enforced to the
maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. This
Agreement is the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding the Game and
supersedes prior agreements on that subject. The Developer's failure to enforce any
provision is not a waiver. You may not assign this Agreement; the Developer may assign it
in connection with a sale or transfer of the Game. Nothing in this Agreement creates any
partnership, employment, or agency relationship.
