WELCOME, CLICKER OF “INSTALL”

By installing Beast Survivor Demo, you agree to surrender a small portion of your finite mortal lifespan in exchange for attempted entertainment.

Your mission is to have fun.

If you do have fun: wonderful. The agreement is working.

If you do not have fun: then something has probably gone wrong—and honestly, it may be our fault rather than yours.

Please stop playing, take a break, and consider telling us what went wrong.

As the developer, I am honestly delighted that you are here. Jokes aside, I sincerely welcome suggestions that could make the game better.

You are never required to finish the demo, grind forever, pretend to enjoy something, write a positive review, or sacrifice your firstborn Nibwolf.

1. WHAT YOU MAY DO

Beast Survivor Studio gives you permission to install and play Beast Survivor Demo through Steam for personal use.

You may:

  • Play skillfully.
  • Play terribly.
  • Develop an extremely questionable strategy and insist that it is “the meta.”
  • Take screenshots and create videos, streams, reviews, guides, memes, and commentary—including monetized videos and streams.
  • Create non-commercial fan art and fan creations.
  • Modify your local copy for personal, non-commercial enjoyment where technically possible.
  • Criticize the game honestly without being pursued by an angry developer riding a giant wolf.
  • Uninstall whenever you want. We will be sad for approximately four seconds, but we will survive.

It is your copy, your computer, your free time, and your adventure. P
lay however you want as long as you do not harm others, break the law, or redistribute the game as your own product.

2. THE BORING COPYRIGHT GOBLIN

Unfortunately, a tiny legal goblin requires this section.

The game’s code, artwork, audio, characters, names, and other included content remain the property of Beast Survivor Studio and its licensors. You receive permission to use the game, but ownership of the game itself is not transferred to you.

You still own your original creations, opinions, videos, streams, fan art, and the emotional consequences of losing to a boss with one pixel of health remaining.

Please do not:

  • Sell, rent, sublicense, repackage, or redistribute the game or its assets as your own product.
  • Upload a modified build while pretending that it is an official release.
  • Use the game or modifications to distribute malware, attack systems, or harm other people.
  • Remove ownership notices or violate another person’s rights.

3. FEEDBACK IS WELCOME; SOULS ARE NOT REQUIRED

If something is confusing, broken, boring, unfair, too difficult, too easy, unexpectedly hilarious, or simply shaped like the wrong kind of potato, please tell us.

Useful subjects include:

  • Gameplay and balancing.
  • Controls, interface, and accessibility.
  • Bugs, crashes, and performance.
  • Beasts, abilities, progression, artwork, audio, and general enjoyment.
  • Anything that would genuinely improve the player experience.

Feedback is optional. You do not owe us free design work, and “I did not enjoy this” is valid feedback when explained honestly.

If you voluntarily submit a suggestion, you give Beast Survivor Studio non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free permission to use, adapt, or implement it without payment or obligation.

You retain whatever rights you already have in your original submission.

4. PLEASE LEAVE THE POLITICAL BOSS FIGHT OUTSIDE

Our feedback spaces exist to improve the game.

Suggestions primarily intended to introduce political campaigning, party advocacy, activist recruitment, culture-war arguments, or unrelated ideological messaging will be considered outside the scope of game development and 100% will be disregarded or removed.

This does not prohibit honest criticism or discussion of something that actually appears in the game. It simply means that feedback should focus on making Beast Survivor a better game—not turning its suggestion box into a political or gender battlefield.

There are already many places on the internet for political combat. Our beasts have enough enemies.

5. THIS IS A FREE DEMO

The demo costs nothing except your time, electricity, and possibly a small amount of patience.

It contains limited content and may include unfinished features, bugs, strange balancing, or creatures momentarily forgetting how walls work.

Features may be changed, added, or removed. Demo progress may not transfer to another edition unless we explicitly say otherwise. Playing the demo does not automatically grant access to the complete game or future content.

6. WARRANTIES, REALITY, AND MISBEHAVING BEASTS

The demo is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We hope it behaves properly, but we cannot promise uninterrupted operation, perfect compatibility with every computer, or complete freedom from bugs. Please do not use Beast Survivor Demo to operate aircraft, medical machinery, nuclear facilities, time machines, or anything else that should not depend on a beast fighting skeletons.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beast Survivor Studio is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of the demo.

Nothing here removes any warranty, remedy, consumer protection, or legal right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

7. ESCAPING THIS AGREEMENT

You may end this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the demo and walking dramatically into the sunset.

We may terminate your license if you seriously or repeatedly violate these terms. The sections concerning ownership, feedback, warranties, and legal rights continue to apply where appropriate.

8. STEAM ALSO EXISTS

Your use of Steam is also governed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement and applicable Steam rules.

9. THE FINAL AND MOST IMPORTANT CLAUSE

Have fun.

If you are not having fun, something is wrong, probably you.... but without another copium and denial tell us what happened, and perhaps together we can make the beasts behave.

Be kind to other players. Be honest with the developer. Capture responsibly.

No souls, firstborn children, blood signatures, lifelong pledges, political manifestos, or mysterious midnight rituals are requested.

Thank you—genuinely—for giving Beast Survivor Demo some of your time.
