End User License Agreement for ShiGuang
Please read this agreement carefully before installing or using this software. By installing, copying, or using the software, you agree to be bound by this agreement.
1. Grant of License
Subject to your compliance with this agreement, the developer grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the software on supported devices.
2. Restrictions
You may not, without prior written permission from the developer:
(1) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, except where permitted by applicable law;
(2) rent, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the software;
(3) remove or alter any copyright notices in the software;
(4) use the software for any unlawful purpose.
3. User Data and Privacy
(1) Your images, videos, index data, and settings are stored only on your local disk. The developer does not collect, upload, or receive any of your media files.
(2) All AI features (image recognition, semantic search, quality assessment) are performed locally by bundled models without any cloud service; no network transmission occurs during inference.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty
(1) The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI-generated results may contain errors and are for reference only.
(2) To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any data loss, loss of profit, or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the software.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer's total liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the software.
6. Agreement Updates
This agreement may be revised from time to time along with software updates, and the revised agreement will be published together with the software. By continuing to use the updated software, you accept the revised agreement.
