END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT AND PRIVACY NOTICE

By installing, accessing, or playing A Vila Sobre o Poço (the "Game"), you agree to the following terms.
1. License
Stream On grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and play the Game for private, non-commercial entertainment.
Purchasing the Game grants you a license to use it. It does not transfer ownership of the Game or any of its content.
2. Restrictions
Without prior written permission from Stream On, you may not:
- Sell, copy, redistribute, or sublicense the Game;
- Distribute the Game's files, code, artwork, music, or other content;
- Create or distribute modified or unofficial versions of the Game;
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the Game's source code, except where permitted by applicable law;
- Use the Game or its content for unlawful purposes.
3. Videos and Streaming
Players are allowed to create, publish, stream, and monetize videos featuring gameplay from A Vila Sobre o Poço.
This permission does not allow the redistribution of Game files or imply an official partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement by Stream On.
4. Ownership
A Vila Sobre o Poço, including its code, artwork, characters, story, music, interface, and other original content, is owned by Fernando Bertini Sartori, operating as Stream On, or used under appropriate licenses.
All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.
5. Privacy and Save Data
The Game does not independently collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information.
Game progress, preferences, and settings are stored locally on the player's device.
If you contact Stream On by email, the information you voluntarily provide will only be used to respond to your request or provide support. You may request the deletion of this correspondence.
Steam may separately process information according to Valve Corporation's own terms and privacy policy.
6. Third-Party Platform
The Game is distributed through Steam. Purchases, refunds, accounts, downloads, and other Steam services are governed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement and Valve's applicable policies.
7. Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Stream On does not guarantee that the Game will be free from errors, interruptions, incompatibilities, or loss of locally stored progress.
Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stream On and Fernando Bertini Sartori will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the installation or use of the Game.
9. Updates and Termination
The Game and these terms may be updated when necessary. The license may be terminated if the player materially violates these terms.
Upon termination, the player must stop using and distributing any unauthorized copies of the Game.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil and the applicable laws of the State of São Paulo, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights.
