END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and EMRECAN ÇAKIR ("Developer", "we", "us") for the video game titled M.A.S.K. ("Game"). By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
2. AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be at least 13 years of age to access and play M.A.S.K. If you are under the age of 18, you must review this Agreement with your parent or legal guardian to ensure that you and your parent or legal guardian understand and agree to it.
3. OWNERSHIP & RESTRICTIONS
The Game is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use only. All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Game remain with EMRECAN ÇAKIR. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
- Sell, rent, lease, or distribute copies of the Game to third parties.
- Modify or create derivative works based upon the Game.
4. USER CONDUCT & CHEATING (MULTIPLAYER RULES)
To maintain a fair and enjoyable environment for all players, you agree NOT to:
- Use cheats, automation software, hacks, bots, or unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Game experience.
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics for personal gain.
- Engage in abusive, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory behavior in in-game communication (text or voice chat).
Violation of any of these rules gives EMRECAN ÇAKIR the full right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to the Game and its online features without prior notice or refund.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. EMRECAN ÇAKIR shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Game.
6. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
EMRECAN ÇAKIR reserves the right to update or modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Game constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.
