HUBMASTER — END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

By installing, launching or using HubMaster, you agree to this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
1. LICENSE GRANT
HubMaster is licensed, not sold. Subject to this agreement, SOGFreeman grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to install and use lawfully obtained copies of HubMaster for your personal or professional needs. Official extensions may be covered by these terms or by clearly identified additional terms.
2. YOUR CONTENT AND WEBSITES
You retain all rights to websites, files, text, images, video, music, settings and other content that you create, import, host or publish with HubMaster. SOGFreeman claims no ownership of that content. You may use output created with HubMaster for personal or commercial projects. You remain responsible for published content, required rights, backups and compliance with applicable law.
3. RESTRICTIONS ON HUBMASTER
Except with written permission or where mandatory law provides otherwise, you may not redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense or make HubMaster itself, its proprietary files or modified copies available to others. You may not bypass licensing, access or add-on mechanisms, or remove ownership notices. Rights that applicable law necessarily grants for interoperability, security research, study or decompilation are not excluded by this agreement.
4. THIRD-PARTY AND OPEN-SOURCE COMPONENTS
HubMaster uses or may distribute third-party components. They remain governed by their own licenses, available in the LICENSES folder and their respective notices. Nothing in this EULA restricts a right granted directly to you by a third-party open-source license. The presence of GPL or LGPL texts in the distribution does not place HubMaster itself under the GPL or LGPL.
5. SELF-HOSTING, NETWORKING AND EXTERNAL SERVICES
HubMaster lets you choose what to make available locally or on the Internet, including through Clear Web, Tor/Onion, a personal domain or third-party services. You are responsible for your accounts, keys, passwords, configurations, network rules and exposed content. External services remain subject to their own terms, and SOGFreeman does not guarantee their availability.
6. UPDATES AND COMPATIBILITY
Updates may fix defects, improve security or evolve features. SOGFreeman aims to reasonably preserve user data during supported updates but does not guarantee compatibility with unofficial modifications, unsupported environments or third-party services that change independently.
7. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, HubMaster is provided without a guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for every purpose. SOGFreeman is not liable for indirect damage, data loss, downtime or consequences caused by misconfiguration, misuse, third-party services or content published by the user. Nothing in this agreement removes consumer warranties, remedies or rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
8. TERMINATION
The right to use HubMaster may end after a material breach of this agreement that remains uncured where cure is possible. When the license ends, you must stop using and remove the affected copies of HubMaster. Your own content remains yours.
9. GOVERNING LAW AND LANGUAGE
This agreement is governed by French law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the applicable law of their place of residence. Translations are provided for convenience. If translations differ, the French version is the reference text, subject to applicable mandatory rules.
