SOCIETY CHESS 3D – END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Society Chess 3D video game (the "Game"), the player ("User") explicitly agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement ("Agreement").

2. License Grant & Intellectual Property
The User acquires a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Every intellectual, artistic, or technical component—including but not limited to source code, graphics, music, and text—is owned exclusively by the legal owner of Society Chess 3D intellectual property. Unauthorized resale, reproduction, or distribution of digital copies of the Game without express written permission is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate legal action.

3. Online Services and Server Availability
Society Chess 3D provides certain online features and multiplayer servers. The User acknowledges that these servers may not be operational at all times due to maintenance, technical issues, or the natural life cycle of the Game. The Intellectual Property owners reserve the right to modify or discontinue online services at their sole discretion.

4. Cheating, Exploits, and Anti-Hacking
The use of cheats, hacks, unauthorized automation software (bots), or any exploitable actions that alter the intended gameplay is strictly prohibited. Engaging in such behavior constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the immediate revocation of the User's license and game rights, including permanent account bans.

5. Online Communication and User Behavior
The Game includes a chat function in online modes. The User is solely responsible for any information, text, or content shared through the Game. Users must refrain from comments, speech, or actions that are illegal, abusive, or harmful.

6. Health and Safety WarningI
It is strongly recommended to consult a medical professional before playing the Game if you have any pre-existing medical conditions (such as epilepsy or photosensitivity) that could be aggravated by exposure to video games. Players must take regular breaks during gaming sessions. The User must immediately stop playing and seek medical attention if they experience any discomfort, dizziness, or physical symptoms.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Society Chess 3D intellectual property owners, developers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Game.This includes, without limitation, any physical injury, mental or emotional distress, psychological harm, or medical conditions (including but not limited to epileptic seizures, dizziness, or physical fatigue) resulting from exposure to the Game, its gameplay mechanics, or online interactions. The Game is provided on an "as is" basis, and the User assumes all risks associated with its execution, use, and mental or physical impact.

8. Game Modifications and Mandatory Updates
The developers reserve the right to modify, update, patch, or alter the mechanics, graphics, features, and functionalities of Society Chess 3D at any time to improve the gaming experience, ensure security, or correct errors. The User acknowledges and agrees that the installation of such updates may be mandatory to continue utilizing the online features of the Game.

9. Ownership of Online Content and Brand Usage
All content created, generated, submitted, or developed by the User within the online modes using the software, tools, name, or trademark of Society Chess 3D (including, but not limited to, tournament rooms, usernames, game configurations, public tactics, and chat messages) shall be subject to the proprietary rights of Society Chess 3D.To the extent that the User may retain any intellectual property rights over such creations, the User hereby assigns an exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, and royalty-free license of all exploitation rights (including reproduction, distribution, public communication, and modification) to the intellectual property owners of Society Chess 3D. The developers reserve the right to remove, modify, commercialize, or use such content at their sole discretion without requiring further consent or providing any financial compensation to the User.

10. Indemnification
The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developers and owners of Society Chess 3D from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of the User's misuse of the Game, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any third-party rights (including intellectual property or privacy rights).

11. Amendments to this Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. In the event of material changes, we will notify the User via an in-game notice, on our official website, or through the third-party distribution platform. The User's continued use of the Game following the publication of changes shall constitute express acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of this Agreement shall be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, and the User expressly waives any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
