END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
Effective Date: August 10, 2026
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") applies to Iris's Idle Log ("Game"), provided by Eary Studio ("Developer").
By installing or using the Game, you agree to this Agreement.
1. License
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The Game is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted under this Agreement remain with the Developer or their respective owners.
2. Intellectual Property
The Game and its software, artwork, characters, text, audio, user interface, and other content are owned by or licensed to the Developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
3. Restrictions
Except where permitted by applicable law, you may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game or its assets without permission; bypass technical protections of the Game; reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to obtain the Game's source code; or use the Game for unlawful purposes.
4. Save Data and Steam Cloud
The Game may store save data locally and synchronize it through Steam Cloud when available and enabled.
Steam Cloud is provided by Valve Corporation and is subject to Steam's applicable terms and policies.
The Developer does not guarantee against loss, corruption, overwriting, or synchronization problems involving save data.
5. Updates
The Developer may provide updates, bug fixes, balance adjustments, or other reasonable changes to maintain or improve the Game.
Features and content may change as part of such updates.
6. Disclaimer and Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer does not guarantee that the Game will always operate without errors, interruptions, incompatibilities, or data loss.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits any rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
7. Applicable Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this Agreement limits mandatory consumer rights available under the laws applicable to the User.
