Last Updated: August 2026

Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") carefully before clicking the "Install" or "Play" button, downloading, or using Cyber Kitty: Neon Merge ("the Game").

By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download, install, or use the Game.

This Agreement is a legal contract between you (an individual user) and the developers/publishers of Cyber Kitty: Neon Merge ("we," "us," or "our"). It governs your use of the Game distributed via the Steam platform.

1. LICENSE GRANT
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and play one (1) copy of the Game on a personal computer or Steam-compatible device solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use.

2. STEAM SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT
Your use of the Game is also subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement and the Steam Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this EULA and the Steam Subscriber Agreement, the Steam Subscriber Agreement shall govern.

3. RESTRICTIONS ON USE
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
Commercialize: Exploit the Game, its pixel art, audio assets, or mechanics for any commercial purposes without express written consent.
Modify & Reverse Engineer: Copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game’s source code, binary files, or engine data.
Cheating & Exploits: Create, utilize, or distribute cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or disrupt the Game's 2D physics or merge and Catcade mechanics.
Circumvention: Bypass, remove, or alter any digital rights management (DRM), security measures, or technological protections built into the Game.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Game, including but not limited to its source code, artwork, character designs ("Cyber Kitties"), visual assets, animations, music, sound effects, titles, and gameplay mechanics, are the exclusive property of the developers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. This license grants you no ownership rights in the Game.

5. USER-GENERATED CONTENT & STREAMING
Streaming and Let's Plays: We love creators! You are permitted to broadcast, stream, and create video/audio content of the Game (such as YouTube videos or Twitch streams) and monetize those videos through platform-approved ad revenue, provided you do not sell the footage directly.

Feedback: Any feedback, bug reports, or suggestions you submit to us regarding the Game shall become our sole property, and we may use it without any obligation or compensation to you.

6. DATA PRIVACY & TELEMETRY
The Game may collect anonymous, non-personal analytical telemetry data (e.g., crash logs, hardware configurations, gameplay statistics, and puzzle completion rates) to help us patch bugs, optimize the 2D physics engine, and improve the game experience. Any data processed through Steam is governed by Valve's Privacy Policy.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," with all faults and without warranty of any kind.
In no event shall the developers, publishers, or affiliates be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Game.

8. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies in your possession.

9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement and any disputes arising out of it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country/state where the primary development entity is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
