END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“User”) and the Developer (“Licensor”) of the Game 《牌武者》.
1. License Grant
Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on devices you own or control. You may not rent, lease, sell, distribute, sublicense or transfer the Game or any rights granted herein.
2. Ownership
All intellectual property rights including copyright, trademark, artwork, code, audio, story and all content within the Game remain the exclusive property of the Licensor. You obtain only a limited license to use the Game, you do not acquire any ownership rights.
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, hack, extract source code or assets of the Game;
Create cheats, mods, bots, exploits or third-party tools interacting with the Game without written permission from Licensor;
Use the Game for commercial purposes, live streaming monetization is permitted only under fair use;
Circumvent any technical protection measures of the Game;
Distribute pirated copies of the Game.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR MAKES NO GUARANTEES THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH ALL HARDWARE. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Licensor disclaims all implied warranties.
5. Limitation of Liability
Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential damages arising out of your use of the Game.
6. Updates & Modifications
Licensor reserves the right to update, patch, adjust game content and revise this Agreement. Revised terms will take effect after publication. Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of updated Agreement.
7. Termination
This license automatically terminates if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Game.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of People’s Republic of China.
If you do not agree with these terms, you are not authorized to install or play this Game.
